      Training is different in your 40s I hear. You can cut for less time as you age before losing muscle, you want maintenance phases, etc it’s a science when older

    The only thing missing in ur diet is Adamantium for ur bones, that would make u an unstoppable force.

      I'd argue the *HEALING FACTOR* is the most important element ahahaha
      You won't survive the procedure without it!
      And ironically enough, if some theoretically had "super healing" - they'd get jacked super easily and super quickly - gaining muscles is from physical stress *_and_* recovery - with a healing factor, you have near-instantaneous recovery!

    Egg yolks have the most important nutrition tho and they work symbiotically with nutrients in the egg white. Love him though 😊

      Best of both worlds is just have one egg yolk, rest are egg whites

      I use the ratio of 3:1 (For every three egg whites I add a yolk). Best of both worlds

      I think he cycled on for the newer Wolverine appearances. Look at him in real steel. He looks in shape but he looks more like a fighter and not a 5% body fat physique competitor.

      Not sure about Deadpool 3, but i know his earlier Method was swimming. He went swimming like every day.

    Hugh is not wrong here. Diet is key, but he neglects ( like most all actors will ) that is was on anabolics during Wolverine run. You have a lot more wiggle room where you blastin' gear.

      I've watched all the films and I don't see any signs of gear, his traps especially. Plus he knew about the gear and had said he could never put it into his body. He's got a great natural physique like Van Damme achieved only through years of training and of course will get a little bigger over time. Actors like Tom Hardy or Cavill have definitely blasted gear lol Big difference. I mean he's legit been the most lean Wolverine lol

    Hugh is the one guy that I would believe isn't on steroids, because he has a physique that is realistic relative to his height and to him dancing consistently since he was 11 his whole life. Dancing=some sort of visible abs. And he's 6 3 and he weighs about 200. Can we all agree that a person who's been dancing all their lives doesn't have to do roids to have abs? Can we all agree that a 6'3 guy doesn't have to do roids to weigh 200 LBs?

      Def tren ace, test prop, eq, HGH and slin, he knows way too much about the way the body absorbs nutrients and that’s a clear tell. And for him to get in shape at his age, he should be on HRT. Either way be both know it still requires a lot of hard work 😊

    70 percent is training, 30 is diet!
    I know a lot of people who built their body perfectly just eating pizza, but doing intense exercise😂
