Got me an Eastman SB57-N/BK (their version of the custom) and its SPECTACULAR! Actually thought I bought a 59 until I just reread the certificate. Note: I replaced the tuners with Ratios (loved the gold satin color and they are awesome), then put on a satin gold Floyd FRX. Perfect match. Every note and every cord plays spot-on in tune, Playability is sick, tone is sick, sustain for days. Literally cannot be happier. The neck.. my lord I love the neck. When I had the FRX added, I wanted the nut compensated, Luthier informed me that Eastman, like PRS, moves the nut closer to the first fret which is very close to fully compensated. He did little to tweak the compensation. If you get one, you will very much notice how much better it compensates the fretboard than a normal Gibson. No making that G string a little flat. Everything, everywhere... perfectly in tune. I did HATE the cheap tuners. They don't fit the quality of everything else and should be replaced on every one. The tailpiece was fine but used the skinny posts from the day. Didn't prefer that. I bought the Eastman to experiment with the FRX and not commit "sacrilege" on a Gibson. Best decision I ever made (body did have to be routed). Here is link to Luthier taking my feeble attempt to mount the FRX myself with nothing but a Dremel. Learned the posts had to be moved and got a pro to do it. Boy did I pick the right pro. He perfected the guitar: ruclips.net/video/EyJMIora6zQ/видео.html Again, SPECTACULAR! For me, its flawless now.
Killer tone and licks!!
Thanks! 🤘😁
Very nice!
"V" for violin/varnish...I believe. Love my new SB59GT rec'd yesterday....to accompany a wonderful T486.

Relic- ING just annoys me though I do like light varnish. Have an Eastman electric 12 - not relic-ed ! Very nice instrument.
Great tones! What amp and pedals are you using with it?
I have a T59V and love it too.
What amp and pedal do you use?
