He can only pull it off with an average boxers, if he continues like this goading opponents, he will meet a fighter that's more competent with their pressing and would be caught
First time Prince fought someone truly at world level he got beat and never recovered from it. Thats why people hate, these type of fighters are usually good at showboating against guys who aren’t anywhere near their level but often don’t show enough heart against truly world class boxer. It’s essentially a bully, happy to fight guys he knows he can beat, not so much against guys he thinks can beat him. Naseem being a prime example, that’s why even though he did great things for boxing in Britain, was one of the biggest selling stars he’s not remembered in as glowing terms as he should be. The comment that guys who fight like him generally go to the top is an unusual one as well, there’s no top level boxer who does that
