I’m 100% serious. Your videos are classical
Musics single greatest operatic resource. You play them with the style that is typical of most standard conductors with the appropriate traditions. You breathe like a good coach does and look at the camera just like you’d make eye contact with a singer. In 10 years, there won’t be a single voice student out there who hasn’t rehearsed with your videos for their aria or prepared a role singing along with your accompaniment. Whenever I’m getting back into a role or learning a new one I turn to your recordings… you are the single best resource online. Hopefully one day I’ll get to coach with you in person

It is a pity that Puccini didn’t write music for solo piano as well. He was clearly a pianist, and it’s evident from this that a lot of the colour in his work comes from the writing itself, not just the instrumentation.
Love Puccini's little chromatic descents after a big moment in Tosca. The music is literally tumbling from its climax. So cool
