Thanks to Adam for the help. Very dodge and MPR-reliant, and he also needs to proc his debuffs as frequently as possible to keep the damage up. Ideally you should have more Fly MPs when you enter Bar 3, but I was lucky enough to get away with just one and rely on dodges to finish the stage.
I got Grand Entry instead of Durable since it felt like I needed more damage, but Durable does give a great safety net in Bar 3.
Skill gears used shown at the end of the video, and they're definitely needed for the extra bulk.

Probably not. Regirock might've been possible if he wasn't weak to Rock.
