My favorite feature of this house is two rooms which is on grond floor so that we can convert this in bedroom for any elderly people or can be used as guest bedroom... That is wonderful feature. One more feature is wadrobe which is very rare to find .The garden area is so huge which is great.. I can say this is perfect in designing. I'm worried why in England this type of houses not been built... 😢in England there will be no room downstairs... If we want to relax then have to go upstairs.. Not thinking of elderly people... Even in 4/5 bed property no room Available. This house is perfect in every aspect

Modern houses are beautiful - but they just aren't homely enough; no character - and too 'clinical' for me. I like 'character', which unfortunately you can only acquire with older houses.
