@@ilikemusic4086 not my favorite Prada collection just looking at the clothes. the outerwear was definitely a standout to me. loved the skirts paired with sweaters and even the Prada tank top is something i didn’t know i needed til this show. Prada loves to play on textures and patterns and that was evident here as well. Solid clothes.

This collection reminded me of some of their fashion shows I saw in Tokyo during mid 90's to early 2000. As a fan of D. Mode I thought their music enhanced PRADA' s futuristic, simple and yet emotional collection.
This show had a wide range of models from different countries. Hope to see more Asian models next seasons.

Julia Nobis, Amanda Murphy, Erin, Rianne and some older I don't remember their names rocked my world. ❤
You can see Raf’s influences in the challenging shapes and Frankenstein combinations of fabrics, but it’s undeniably Prada in its femininity and even prettiness. I loved seeing the older models and the gorgeous black models, especially at 10:45.

From my humble opinion, this is (so far), the best collection since Raf started at Prada, it makes you forget those mini skirts with trains, lol. This particular collection showed all the codes and vocabulary of the house of Prada, the embellished skirts, sheerness, bareness, shapes, femininity as only Prada can do. Everything (mostly) was amazing, except watching some of the models walk made me cringe, lol, especially one model who walked as if her feet were really hurting, lol

Highlights that I enjoy:
the lavender bag 1:13 - the collarbone swooping chain - the heavy leather trench 4:35 - the model at 4:19 just fits this look like no other, a real presence
My queen JULIA NOBIS, also so happy to see top models like arizona, kinga, amanda and the icons. And got surprised by kendall finally she walked at prada

Prada never disappoints. Since I happened upon the brand. I have been infatuated.
The thing about Raf joining Prada is that he can make great products but he will never be as subversive to womenswear as Miuccia. He sure can take Prada symbols and work with that within his own aesthetic - and still make beautiful clothing - but, because he is a man, he might experience some difficult contextualizing the clothes on feminine social political issues or even defy the norms on what womenswear is, was and can be. I miss watching a Prada show and getting that impression that everything is ugly, or non-beautiful at first sight, for then to assimilate the new aesthetic value that was created in there. Now everything is trendy and ready to shop. It looks like one of many brands that are already influenced by Miuccia's legacy. It won't take long until old Prada fans migrate to Miu Miu as the main source of creativity for women's fashion, as Miuccia did herself.
Disagree. I see miuccia’s eye all over this…I think they are a perfect match . Their aesthetics are complimentary and even advance the brand…Prada needed it.

@@licorice71 of course there are elements that miuccia herself created in the past, that was the collection's intend. I just don't see the freshness or any step towards a new conversation. Maybe next time.

Probably one of the strongest collections from Prada in a very long time. Raf and Micuccia obviously listen to one another and draw from one another.
For a very long time, Prada had a habit of over intellectualising their shows and it looked like a car crash and unwearable, this collection looked intelligent, polished and more importantly… edited so it looked like a cohesive collection.
The casting, the clothes, the set and the music… sublime!

She was great,one of the best.!.so many of the models walked very unrealistically but the clothes some were given to wear did hang off of them which probably did not help..I know oversized can be very fashionable but in this collection it didn't seem realistic that someone of their stature would wear alot of those clothes & look great in them anyway.Prada should have put the right sized models in them to give them a bit of bulk & really show off their curves..the clothes & the model.!.imo..📸👏💋
