I did surprise at least one waitress and had a nice mixed language chat with her.
She had mentioned before that she sometimes got confused from constantly switching between the two languages. So when I started ordering in Greek as well, her confusion was complete. xD
She's apparently planning on visiting Amsterdam soon with a friend and knew a few Dutch words herself, so that was fun. :)

Στεγνώνω τα μαλλιά μου, αλλά σκουπίζω τα πόδια μου με την πετσέτα. Μπορείς να πεις : στεγνώνω τα πόδια μου, αλλά συνήθως λέμε : σκουπίζω

I am such beginner, but I got totally stuck on this: google translate thinks "pies" (plural of a pie, "pita") is pítes OR/AND pitákia. Which is is? Can I find a video that you have made about plural forms? I also wonder about such things as why it is called "enas baklavás" and not "ena" and why the greek baker says "baklavá" if it really is "baklavás".
