As someone who deals with anxiety on a daily basis, I empathize so greatly with needing those things of comfort when in those moments. I have to remind myself that I can only influence, not control. Exercising, increasing fiber, talking to God and , what I've been practicing recently, watching what I say naturally. I tend to complain during those times and I try to counter it with optimism. You seem to have that down with this vlog! Keep taking things one day at a time+
old guy here, former touring musician for a short time and I hear you in re routine and anxiety! I think in (artistic) life it is super important to be honest and in tune to what fits your personality. I have plenty of friends who LOOOOOVE to be on the road constantly. People who would say "all i need is a good hotel room and a nice breakfast buffet" and I have other friends in the biz who are somewhat afraid to voice their issues with the touring life.

I only toured for about 5 weeks at most, but It can be super enjoyable if you manage your time right. Make time for relaxing and being alone and control your diet and such. I actually got sinusitis pretty bad and we didn't have a proper lodging situation, so I had to buy a few days in a hotel by myself and just load myself up with meds to get through the last leg of the tour. I learned my lesson real quick on self-care when away from the comforts of home. Healthy diet, water, and rest between shows with a little time to see the sights. :) You got this Queen!

Been watchin you for years, and now have a new understanding of your spirit. Knowing that you trust God to steer the ship, and realizing that it's not about you, are concepts I wish way more of us would adopt. hey tay ! love your work n art, I would say 2025will be a new moon phase so you will be planting seeds n 2033 you will be seeing what has sprouted n what need to be supported/staked up n what needs to be weeded, then 2040 you will be reaping / harvesting in full moon phase etc. so right now is time to decide what to plant n what you want to cultivate . Love you keep in the present n keep those breaths deep down n full of joy I appreciate you n all you do.

First off - thank you for your sincerity, Im now asking myself what season Im in. Can I recommend : Gaia adrenal daily jumpstart + nightly restore. When i was working 17 hour days on film sets, and uppers/downers were just making things worse - and some guy at a health food store recommended it. Been taking them both for 7 years - still notice a difference when i miss a day. But also, god sometimes sounds an alarm through anxiety in order to bring us closer. ❤ you PQ

a lot of people think that people they see on the stage that it's nothing to being on it. Stage fright hits most... i stopped performing after years of dealing with it. been singing well above average all my life and got to point where I just couldn't deal with sounding good and looking a fool anymore...
Taylor...on so many different levels you have it so together.Touring is very rough though. Change of food, water, lack of sleep. When you do it regularly for some reason you relax into it more. Totally understand the anxiety and two steps ahead. Hope you are o.k. now. Love your videos!!!

Dear PQ, i need to share with u some things that i am using, that are making me feeling better with my self, and when i need to perform on the scene. So maybe they can be useful for u too. 1st detail, the problems that your digestive system it's showing to you, clearly are related to stress. Do u meditate? Meditations can change your relation with your possibles performances. 2 COLD SHOWERS are a good remedy against stress. 3 There are some specific, important sleeping hours when our stomach it's regenerating, hours when we should not be awake if we want to help our body, at 23 00 we should be sleeping already. WISH YOU GOOD LUCK AND GOOD HEALTH !

Does your stage fright go away after the performance starts, or does it stay with you the entire time? Also, the season that I'm in is preparation for what's to come. Not sure what that is, but I feel the need to be ready for whatever "it" is.
