    Thanks for this, i did two versions, chicken and another one is pork but i used sesame oil for the pork version to bring out more flavor for the pork. It is so yummy!!!

    Cook this twice already and it is so good, I love it. Turn off the music its annoying. I wish you put the recipes on your page.

    Try adding 3 more ingredients to give it power. Half a teaspoon black pepper or some medium chillis, tablespoon brown sugar and lime juice to taste to balance the flavour. Add to plain unsalted rice.

    Including the burnt bits instead of deglazing the pan... 😏😏

    it appears salty, it's not necessary to have baking powder for what and why? corn starch is good enough to blend with the sauce.

      In many Asian recipes I see backing soda added to make chicken more juicy and tender. I guess that she used baking powder as a substitute.

    deglaze with cooking wine or little chicken broth before adding in the bokchoy so you don't waste that precious yummy roux at the bottom of the pan.

    OMG! Pissed off.. I didn’t read video notes. I just went off what was on screen and I used BAKING POWDER!!! Please add correct ingredients to screen!!

    The first time I made chicken and bok choi my wife would not eat any saying that it didn't have enough color in it.🤦🏽‍♂️ The next time I made it I added sliced carrots and mushrooms and she dug right in.🤷🏼‍♂️

    This is what people imagine is Chinese food. It isn't.
    The pan is nowhere near hot enough. You don't even stir the chicken; just poke it. And you left 75% o fth eflavor in the pan when you served it. Terrible way to mistreat food.
