From April 4th I was feeling very sad literally very sad about my best friend because we now got different sections in our school, there was change in our school's section where our classes which we did together got separated , I was being very sad I cried too but yesterday apr 6th something magical happened , I got realise that if I constantly think about him I cannot focus in my life goals , and then I got a thought that I can easily meet with him up during the recess ..
That gave me confidence, I watched several videos of meditation, then found a perfect one I meditated for 15 mins saying our loud postive affirmations to myself
After that literally I say that I felt that burden is removed from my chest and now I feel lighter more postive towards my goal.
