Уход за собой не должен строится на том, чтобы жертвовать своим комфортом, подгоняя себя под рамки стандартов красоты. Если ты здоров в своём весе, если тебе лично не мешают волосы на теле, но при всём при этом ты выглядишь опрятно, следишь за гигиеной, физическим и психологическим здоровьем и т д - то ты уже ухаживаешь за собой

Omg this brings up memories :'( I had always had hairy body .. from a very young age (I have a hormonal imbalance that makes me develop hair like men).. I remember when i was in primary school, I wore shorts for the first time to school and i was so insecure, but my mom told me that I look beautiful, so Iwent to school wearing it haha .. once I entered the classroom, a boy pointed to my legs and started laughing and telling everyone to look at me :') the whole classroom was laughing and the teacher started yelling at them .. ever since I became so self conscious about my hairy body. I endured many years of bullying.. But here I am right now ! I accepted my body the way it is❤ I learned to wax myself so I can do it whenever I have to .. and I know that even when i don't wax, my beauty is more than that! My beauty radiates either way, and so does yours❤⭐ please love your body and know deep down that you are enough and don't let anyone break your confidence🤍🎀
