I’ve just received my fourth Nebido injection. Blood tests 8 weeks after the 3rd injection came back with very low testosterone level of 4.7. Pre treatment I was at 3.9. Endocrinologist has shortened the injections frequency down to every 9 weeks as I may metabolism to fast. Do this for next few injections and hopefully it improves. If not, they are going to try me on sustanon. On Nebido I start to feel fine about two weeks after injection and from week 6 onwards the symptoms start coming back.
Injecting 250mg every two weeks and doing great, feeling very stable that's also shown in bloodwork. Total T and free T are in the upper end of the range, estradiol is well within limits. My endocrinologist specialized in male hormones and (recovery from) steroids. It was his suggestion to inject every two weeks as opposed to a massive dose every 8-10 weeks.
I just started the 250mg every two week protocol. Did you start with a loading dose? Or did you just start with 250mg? How long did it take for it to work?
@@AndrewDonalds sorry for the late response, apparently my notifications were turned off. Yeah I get 3 reusable 4ml vials with every prescription. There are also ampules but these are harder to reuse, you'd then have to either store it in a syringe or transfer to a sterile vial.

But as my natural production slowed done/stopped, we noticed my levels were dropping, so the doctor upped it to 400mg every 2 weeks and now I'm at a healthy stable level of around 900-1000. When we changed it to 400mg I was given another 1000mg frontload to help speed up the process. It took around 6-8 weeks before I started noticing improvements. Without a front load I imagine it would take longer.
Ive been on Nebido for about 4 years, the 3 month interval stipulated by the medicine is definitely misleading. Im 36 and have with bloodwork I noticed that I have to pin Nebido every 5 or 6 weeks or else I start feeling a dip, but waiting 3 months would be terrible on my body, even two months would be terrible as well. Get your blood work done and find out what pin interval works for you.
I have been on Nebido for 6 years or so, and it seems I am a pretty slow metabolizer - all dosing based on my endocrinologist considering my testosterone levels: I used to be on 12 weeks, then 13, then my levels were unexpectedly too high so the interval was increased to 16 weeks, and now I am on 20 weeks. I assume we will go back to a shorter period once my body clears out the "leftover" testosterone. ;) So I would say it is of utmost importance to base dosing on INDIVIDUAL testosterone levels. I was on Nebido for about a year and I didn’t feel anything whilst on it and the bloods were still showing low T. I am now on Sustanon 250 self injected every 3 weeks. It is like night and day!! Although after week 2, I really feel it wear off. I have got to see the endo next month and hopefully I can get injections every 2 weeks.
Three weeks could be stretching it. On average, most of us are on about 100-125mg/week. Every two weeks might work a lot better. I also had Sustanon every three weeks back in South Africa and could definitely feel the peaks and dips. Now, at every two weeks, I just coast and always feel fine.

@@PaoloBroccardo Of the 1000mg Undecanoat only 631,5mg are actually Testosterone and the rest are Ester. Also Undecanoat has a half-life of 70 days. When you want to have 100mg per week you would need to take 6,34ml each 10 weeks or for the ease of use 4ml in every 6 weeks. For 125mg/week it would be 4ml in 5 weeks. Edit: The cmax for Nebido is 9 days after the injection.
I’ve been on Nebido around 4.5 months, I initially had 3 loading phase injections 6 weeks apart. I have seen an increase in test from 7.8nmol up to 9.7nmol however symptoms of low T don’t seem to be improving as of yet.
Im gonna be switching from ethnoate to nebido as an ftm. But i think i might have a lower dosage more frequently to keep my levels more stable as im prone to spikes on all other versions used.
You have probably been asked before but allow me to ask again... 4 CCs is a big shot. Could I divide the dose in half and inject twice as often, say every 4 weeks, rather than a more standard 10 weeks between doses protocol? Would the protocol I have suggested create an environment with smaller peaks and valleys, or a more consistent testosterone delivery level?
I am well over a month into my first Reandron 1000 injection - a few observations - I had a very sore glute muscle for about one week after the jab-- I had good feelings starting after about 3 days -- over the month I have constant unexpected mini erections and pleasant sex thoughts during the day -- I feel I have clear vision thoughts -- I cannot convince my doctor to lessen the 12 week injection period - it says on the packet 12 weeks and 12 weeks it will which maybe because of my age of 68 - I am a fit 68 year old who cycles and dies the gym daily - well so far so good on Reandron 1000 !

My T level is 15 ... so Blood pressure is going up terribly since i started this treatment ..my Gp (family Dr) has given me some tablet to easy ....Im stuck what should i do ... I got a shot of Nebido 1000 mg. Actually I only mildly noticed a difference and it was not even near my healthy and genetic, normal production it was one year ago. At least I feel like so, never had a measurement in my healthy days - but it was surely higher. After not even 6 weeks, my test was lower than in the beginning. So am I a fast metabolizer? It is so annying to argue with the doctor each time.
Thanks for the video. I took this and the first time after about 5 weeks or so I felt amazing, like when I would sing a song my hair on my neck would stand up and I felt so good. Then I took it 2 other times and I never had that euphoric feeling. Do you know why it was so good and why it never happened again?
because the first dose was being added to your endogenous testosterone. after that your endogenous production shuts down so you are 'getting' less test.
Thank you for your videos. I have a question. I am starting TRT with a shot of Nebido. After years of feeling like shit I am of course anxious to get better. Would shooting with Test E or Sustanon for the first 2-5 weeks be a bad idea? To get things going more quickly? Thanks
Anything is possible, but considering that you are starting TRT, I wouldn't begin by complicating things and mixing testosterone esters. You want to keep your treatment as simple as possible when you start and adjust from there. I would stick with the Nebido and see how things go.
I inject Nebido every 14 week and my levels are at 21.Now my Doc ant to wait even 2 week longer.But we will se.Im checking my blood in one week.That on week 13 this time.Oh yea Im 42 years and are also om Metadon that is why I get Nebido.

Today I made a mistake when injecting nepido, which was that I opened up the mouth of the bottle instead of just pushing the needle inside. Does the contact with air damage the effect of it?

I have been using tostrex, its like some gel. It did not work at all for me even tho i used it over 2 months. Now i will start to use nebido, and hope for something to happend
Gels are different. I did well on testogel and testim, but my levels plummeted on tostran/tostrex. Went back on testogel and did fine for about a year. Than testogel just stopped working. I'm now on nebido and have to figure it out for myself, cause the so-called experts (endos) in my country are horrible when it comes to testosterone treatment!! Luckily I'm able to self-inject.

I just got my results back and my TEST levels are at 1.03ng/ml and growth hormone : 0.8ng/ml. I'm 38 y O. Male. Doctor here in South Korea where I got the blood work done said he would do hgh therapy to higher my Testosterone, and that trt he only prescribe for MARRIED men ( for fertility purposes). 12 weeks!?! Guess I should be happy about my 10 week interval then. Yet I'm not as 8 weeks interval would be perfect but got a big fat no from my Doc. I was on the high end naturally before my testicular cancer so feeling kinda robbed here. Not my fault my remaining nut could not do the job properly.

Hi Paolo. I've been on Nebido for four and a half years. I was on Testosterone pellets before that. I'm OK on ten weeks. Twelve weeks was too long. I was falling asleep when I sat down and my bowel control was not good either. I know a man on Nebido. He's in his 70s' and much bulkier than me. He has to have his every 14 weeks as it was making him aggressive. I couldn't get my Nebido for a time at the start of Lockdown and I was put on Testogel. What a rubbish product is that! Never felt any effect at all. I was sleeping most of the time and no energy for the rest.
I’m on Nebido too (10 Weeks) but was previously on Testogel, it worked fine for me but the 90%+ alcohol it contains fucked up my skin and that’s why I switched.

No, they are not the same. Boldenone is a synthetic testosterone analogue, boldenone undecylenate is a long lasting pro-drug of boldenone that is only used legally in veterinary applications, mostly for horses. Testosterone undecanoate (Brand names: Andriol, Aveed and Nebido.) is a long lasting ester (pro-drug) of testosterone.
Hello, I used nebido when my testosterone level was 214. I felt very good in the 2nd and 3rd weeks. In the 4th week, I returned to my old self. When I had a blood test, it was 270. I returned to my old state in 1 month. Can we use nebido twice in half?
You could do anything you want but doctors don’t understand half life. You want levels as stable as possible and as low as possible above the levels that correct your low t symptoms. That means that if you get it as frequently as possible, you’ll : 1- Stay stable at a given level 2- Not be too high for 2 weeks and risking too much aromatization and high bp etc and always be relieved from your symptoms. Why they don’t offer frequent injections? They don’t know and they don’t care. It’s a lot of work finding the right dose and frequency. Personnaly, I established my perfect trt dose by myself with a shorter ester (test enanthate) and blood work every 3 months after adjusting the dose. 160 mg/week. If I want to pin less frequently and my doctor only want to work with nebido, I want the equivalent of 160mg/week. Nebido’s half life is around 15-18 days, so I wanna pin every max 18 days.
would it make sense to get the 2nd shot of nebido already after 6 weeks if you were previously on testogel with a tested normal range T? or should you already take the 10-14 weeks interval?
Is there any guideline for at what number "ones" blood levels should be at when the next injektion is inserted? I have heard that some guys are as low as 8 nmol/L when they are getting there refil injektion.
The number is not important. What's important is getting the next shot when (or ideally before) your symptoms of low testosterone start to reappear. The guidelines are every 10-14 weeks, but this varies from person to person and may be as soon as every 7-8 weeks for some individuals. Numbers don't tell you anything about the symptoms. So it's much better to base it on the symptoms. Someone may feel symptoms from (for example) as soon as they get to 14nmol. So waiting to reach 8nmol would be torture.
I just did 1st dose of Nebido. At the beginning my total testosterone level 259. And then I supplemented with Tongkat Ali, Boron, Vit D, and it went up to 400s. And then I had my nebido within a week it shot up over 1500. The question is the nebido gave a too high of total testosterone, can I reduce the dosage by half to 500mg/2ml ? Therefore target achievement 800-1200 only?

No, not on Nebido from personal experience, and from what I've heard from other guys, TRT doesn't make you into "superman". It makes you into normal man. Even with that initial spike, if you're expecting a superhuman steroid-like bump, you're going to be sorely disappointed. The "bump" is just to jump start your T-levels IF they're low.

@@markie1232 well that would depend if it gets your levels higher than they were. They advertise lower third so 400, thats if you take it as prescribed. It's such a long ester I don't know about using it for body building.
@@Medinalegend because it's a lot of fluid to put inside it's 4ml. For comparison if you were on another ester like cyponate or enanthate you are most likely injecting less than 1ml. Now, I'm on enanthate .03ml twice a week.
The longest lasting shot I know of is Nebido, which lasts 2-3 months. So assuming that you don't get anything longer, then yes, every 6 months is definitely way too long per shot.

I experienced no side effects using Nebido. Its very individual though. Best thing to do is to just start, and if any side effects do actually manifest, deal with them there and then.
How often were your enanthate injections Paolo? My endo has me on 3 weekly injections and quite frankly it’s making me the interval betweeen injections.
Good question. It was so brief that I can't even remember. I believe it was every 5 days or so. I did talk about it in an earlier video though. Are you having issues with your current protocol?
Definitely try and arrange smaller doses at more frequent intervals. Ask your doctor if he knows that enanthate has a half-life of 4-5 days and if he says yes, ask why is he injecting over longer intervals then.
I tried weekly and 2 week intervals injections and tested my blood every second day . nothing brought stable blood levels. now I inject subcultan 50mg every third day and blood levels are almost exactly the same every day and I feel better than ever before. 1 year on this regime now. and subcultan injection are almost painless and very easy to self administer.and the need for an aromatise inhibitor is gone as well. estradiol is steady as well and within range

I had a 4ml injection of Nebido 1000mg/4mls and the doctor said next time will be in 10 weeks but I’m thinking maybe 6-8 weeks might be more sufficient to for my second injection so I don’t get any down falls as I’ve just started. If 6-8 weeks is what it takes to keep your symptoms clear, then that's what it should be, if your doctor agrees (hopefully). My sweet spot was every 7-9 weeks and my doctor was happy to comply. Then again, I was paying for my own medication. If you get your free from the state, then they may not be flexible because it costs them more.
@@PaoloBroccardo The same with me. I got the injection and according to the guidelines the secondt shot should be after 6 weeks (loading phase). My doctor just ignored that and made the appointment after 10 weeks, unless I feel too bad.

Not usually. But that would be determined on whether you experience any other side effects from the Nebido that would warrant the need for an AI. Also, HCG would depends on whether you cared about being able to have children or not (while on TRT).
No. But let me summarise briefly: Nebido > Testogel (in my opinion). I have tried both and the gel was a dud for me, but Nebido worked fine. Obviously it varies from individual to individual, but that was my experience, and I have seen many similar reports.

Each year it got worse despite increasing to 8 weeks. So doctors advised I switch to gel as the dips are in the night. Today is my first day on Testogel
I have used Nebido twice already. 6 weeks after the 1st injection my T level was even lower than before treatment. And after 12 weeks (2nd injection in week 6), now it's even lower. What the hell?? 😤😤
For me it’s the opposite my level were to high (at least for me) My doctor told me to take them every 14 weeks instead of every 10weeks and know I’m fine. May I ask what your levels were ? A lot of people think the higher the better but that’s not always the case. I’m currently at 700g/dl and I’m totally fine with it. Before I was almost at 1100ng/dl and felt horrible

The instructions say every 10 -14 weeks. Experience shows that in reality its anything from once every 7 - 11 weeks. It's very individual and depends on your levels when you started.
dont agree and instead of 1000mg shot every 12 weeks they should do 500mg like every 30 days its half life 20.9 to like 33 days . and testosterone cypionate half life is like 8 days . and most get shot every two weeks which is wrong to should be every week so instead of geting 200mg every 14 days better off 100mg weekly . and if you go to clinic and they want to put you on trt and a Al aka stops esterogen best way to put it question that doctor because you want some estrogen it helps your heart but if you geting too much water retaining look at your diet first then go to use a AI . but good video and thank you . and i may be a little off with half lives on esters . and no disrespect to you but alot of these doctors dont understand these drugs . but there are a few real good doctors out there will say that i get some of my info from a few
@@jasbirlambra8865 yes atleast once a month please research the half life on it its only 30 to 20 day half life that means levels will start going down even some trt doctors relized that when giving cyp so instead of every other week shot they do weekly because its half live not 100 percent sure but i think its half live is 4 to 7 days . and i been using test for 20 years and i get more out of it if i keep levels steady with in reason and thats why sust250 is a bad choice cuz you have slow fast and medium acting esters . my choice is cyp or eth and i go once a week but levels might start to drop after day 5 but thats close . and maybe im missing something on this nebido im just going buy its half life

What does it mean? 0.015 ml? I don't think so, because it would be nearly impossible to measure out such a low dose and it's around 2,5 mg testosterone cyp/shot. Maybe 0.15 ml? That would be 25 mg/shot. Assuming you've got 200mg/ml test cyp.
@@deadlock107 actually had estradiol checked this last time and I'm 21... I switched dosing because .5 a week keep me at 1000 and that blood drawn was done the day I was supposed to take a shot so it keep me well over 1000
Hi! Im on nebido, its the only option here in norway. Switched from 1000mg every 8 weeks, to 125mg every week. Felt really good for 3 weeks after the injection of 1000mg, then i felt like shit for the next 5 weeks. My TT level was at 27 nmol/L / 778 ng/dl after 8 weeks. Do you think i will reach the level i need to feel good when im on 125mg weekly? Hope to get the levels up to +/- 35 TT. Shbg is 10, so free T is good.
Nebido sucks the best way to star it first shot then 3 weeks later secon shot 6 weeks later third shot and thereafter every 6 to 8 week ..on the paper and reality is different if you happen to be work out guy maximum levels sustained is only 6 week believe me ..

Should we assume you also felt bad? Because the number are only one part of treatment. The whole point of which is to make you feel better.

I have been on Nebido for 6 years or so, and it seems I am a pretty slow metabolizer - all dosing based on my endocrinologist considering my testosterone levels: I used to be on 12 weeks, then 13, then my levels were unexpectedly too high so the interval was increased to 16 weeks, and now I am on 20 weeks. I assume we will go back to a shorter period once my body clears out the "leftover" testosterone. ;)
So I would say it is of utmost importance to base dosing on INDIVIDUAL testosterone levels.

I was on Nebido for about a year and I didn’t feel anything whilst on it and the bloods were still showing low T. I am now on Sustanon 250 self injected every 3 weeks. It is like night and day!! Although after week 2, I really feel it wear off. I have got to see the endo next month and hopefully I can get injections every 2 weeks.
Three weeks could be stretching it. On average, most of us are on about 100-125mg/week. Every two weeks might work a lot better. I also had Sustanon every three weeks back in South Africa and could definitely feel the peaks and dips. Now, at every two weeks, I just coast and always feel fine.
Thanks for your reply Paolo, It's because of your videos that I was able to get my endo to put me on Sustanon. When I speak to my endo next month ill try and get them to put me on injections every 2 weeks. My next injection is tomorrow. Thanks for sharing your videos.
@@PaoloBroccardo Of the 1000mg Undecanoat only 631,5mg are actually Testosterone and the rest are Ester. Also Undecanoat has a half-life of 70 days. When you want to have 100mg per week you would need to take 6,34ml each 10 weeks or for the ease of use 4ml in every 6 weeks. For 125mg/week it would be 4ml in 5 weeks. Edit: The cmax for Nebido is 9 days after the injection.

I’ve been on Nebido around 4.5 months, I initially had 3 loading phase injections 6 weeks apart.
I have seen an increase in test from 7.8nmol up to 9.7nmol however symptoms of low T don’t seem to be improving as of yet.
Im gonna be switching from ethnoate to nebido as an ftm. But i think i might have a lower dosage more frequently to keep my levels more stable as im prone to spikes on all other versions used.

You have probably been asked before but allow me to ask again... 4 CCs is a big shot. Could I divide the dose in half and inject twice as often, say every 4 weeks, rather than a more standard 10 weeks between doses protocol? Would the protocol I have suggested create an environment with smaller peaks and valleys, or a more consistent testosterone delivery level?

I am well over a month into my first Reandron 1000 injection - a few observations - I had a very sore glute muscle for about one week after the jab-- I had good feelings starting after about 3 days -- over the month I have constant unexpected mini erections and pleasant sex thoughts during the day -- I feel I have clear vision thoughts -- I cannot convince my doctor to lessen the 12 week injection period - it says on the packet 12 weeks and 12 weeks it will which maybe because of my age of 68 - I am a fit 68 year old who cycles and dies the gym daily - well so far so good on Reandron 1000 !

Try working with a more experienced doctor that doesn't try and medicate each problem away with pharmaceutical drugs and has more experience with TRT.
Oh and the second time I did it I took a blood test after just 2 months and my testosterone level was very low, like when I started it was a 170 when I get to 800 to 900 when I'm on regular testosterone

I got a shot of Nebido 1000 mg. Actually I only mildly noticed a difference and it was not even near my healthy and genetic, normal production it was one year ago. At least I feel like so, never had a measurement in my healthy days - but it was surely higher.

Thanks for the video. I took this and the first time after about 5 weeks or so I felt amazing, like when I would sing a song my hair on my neck would stand up and I felt so good. Then I took it 2 other times and I never had that euphoric feeling. Do you know why it was so good and why it never happened again?
because the first dose was being added to your endogenous testosterone. after that your endogenous production shuts down so you are 'getting' less test.

Anything is possible, but considering that you are starting TRT, I wouldn't begin by complicating things and mixing testosterone esters. You want to keep your treatment as simple as possible when you start and adjust from there. I would stick with the Nebido and see how things go.

I have been using tostrex, its like some gel. It did not work at all for me even tho i used it over 2 months. Now i will start to use nebido, and hope for something to happend
Gels are different. I did well on testogel and testim, but my levels plummeted on tostran/tostrex. Went back on testogel and did fine for about a year. Than testogel just stopped working. I'm now on nebido and have to figure it out for myself, cause the so-called experts (endos) in my country are horrible when it comes to testosterone treatment!! Luckily I'm able to self-inject.

12 weeks!?! Guess I should be happy about my 10 week interval then. Yet I'm not as 8 weeks interval would be perfect but got a big fat no from my Doc. I was on the high end naturally before my testicular cancer so feeling kinda robbed here. Not my fault my remaining nut could not do the job properly.
In many cases one testicle can still supply normal hormonal levels.

Hi Paolo. I've been on Nebido for four and a half years. I was on Testosterone pellets before that. I'm OK on ten weeks. Twelve weeks was too long. I was falling asleep when I sat down and my bowel control was not good either. I know a man on Nebido. He's in his 70s' and much bulkier than me. He has to have his every 14 weeks as it was making him aggressive. I couldn't get my Nebido for a time at the start of Lockdown and I was put on Testogel. What a rubbish product is that! Never felt any effect at all. I was sleeping most of the time and no energy for the rest.
I’m on Nebido too (10 Weeks) but was previously on Testogel, it worked fine for me but the 90%+ alcohol it contains fucked up my skin and that’s why I switched.

Boldenone is a synthetic testosterone analogue, boldenone undecylenate is a long lasting pro-drug of boldenone that is only used legally in veterinary applications, mostly for horses.

Hello, I used nebido when my testosterone level was 214. I felt very good in the 2nd and 3rd weeks. In the 4th week, I returned to my old self. When I had a blood test, it was 270. I returned to my old state in 1 month. Can we use nebido twice in half?
You could do anything you want but doctors don’t understand half life. You want levels as stable as possible and as low as possible above the levels that correct your low t symptoms. That means that if you get it as frequently as possible, you’ll :
1- Stay stable at a given level
2- Not be too high for 2 weeks and risking too much aromatization and high bp etc and always be relieved from your symptoms.
Why they don’t offer frequent injections? They don’t know and they don’t care. It’s a lot of work finding the right dose and frequency.
Personnaly, I established my perfect trt dose by myself with a shorter ester (test enanthate) and blood work every 3 months after adjusting the dose. 160 mg/week. If I want to pin less frequently and my doctor only want to work with nebido, I want the equivalent of 160mg/week. Nebido’s half life is around 15-18 days, so I wanna pin every max 18 days.

Is there any guideline for at what number "ones" blood levels should be at when the next injektion is inserted? I have heard that some guys are as low as 8 nmol/L when they are getting there refil injektion.
The number is not important. What's important is getting the next shot when (or ideally before) your symptoms of low testosterone start to reappear. The guidelines are every 10-14 weeks, but this varies from person to person and may be as soon as every 7-8 weeks for some individuals. Numbers don't tell you anything about the symptoms. So it's much better to base it on the symptoms. Someone may feel symptoms from (for example) as soon as they get to 14nmol. So waiting to reach 8nmol would be torture.
Week 4 still no improvement nebido why
I just did 1st dose of Nebido. At the beginning my total testosterone level 259. And then I supplemented with Tongkat Ali, Boron, Vit D, and it went up to 400s. And then I had my nebido within a week it shot up over 1500. The question is the nebido gave a too high of total testosterone, can I reduce the dosage by half to 500mg/2ml ? Therefore target achievement 800-1200 only?

I have used Nebido Injection during week 4 I added 10% Testosterone Compounded Cream. 03-Oct-22 and 04-Oct-22 I did my blood test and it seems that cream didn't really work for me only made 54.2ng/gL difference. I think I'm one of those where testosterone cream not really making any difference.
Depends on my workload, when my work is highly loaded and stressful, I felt anxious, irritable, impatient, anger. 04-Oct-22 I decided to take 2nd shot of nebido. I would suffer even if my testosterone number below 700.
I'm going to check again week 5 around 08-Nov-22 to see my level, if my level still 1000, I would wait until week 6-7. Looks like I maybe sticking with 6weeks regime to maintain >800ng/dL level for my body.

No, not on Nebido from personal experience, and from what I've heard from other guys, TRT doesn't make you into "superman". It makes you into normal man. Even with that initial spike, if you're expecting a superhuman steroid-like bump, you're going to be sorely disappointed. The "bump" is just to jump start your T-levels IF they're low.

Shouldn't be more than a couple of days. Remember, they are injecting a lot of solution into that one spot, so it's normal.

The longest lasting shot I know of is Nebido, which lasts 2-3 months. So assuming that you don't get anything longer, then yes, every 6 months is definitely way too long per shot.

I experienced no side effects using Nebido. Its very individual though. Best thing to do is to just start, and if any side effects do actually manifest, deal with them there and then.
How often were your enanthate injections Paolo? My endo has me on 3 weekly injections and quite frankly it’s making me the interval betweeen injections.
Good question. It was so brief that I can't even remember. I believe it was every 5 days or so. I did talk about it in an earlier video though. Are you having issues with your current protocol?
I am, I very much want to switch to a smaller dosage but more frequent, so every 4 days or so but my nhs endo seems very reluctant.
250 mg all at once is too much.
Definitely try and arrange smaller doses at more frequent intervals. Ask your doctor if he knows that enanthate has a half-life of 4-5 days and if he says yes, ask why is he injecting over longer intervals then.
I tried weekly and 2 week intervals injections and tested my blood every second day . nothing brought stable blood levels. now I inject subcultan 50mg every third day and blood levels are almost exactly the same every day and I feel better than ever before. 1 year on this regime now. and subcultan injection are almost painless and very easy to self administer.and the need for an aromatise inhibitor is gone as well. estradiol is steady as well and within range

I had a 4ml injection of Nebido 1000mg/4mls and the doctor said next time will be in 10 weeks but I’m thinking maybe 6-8 weeks might be more sufficient to for my second injection so I don’t get any down falls as I’ve just started.

If 6-8 weeks is what it takes to keep your symptoms clear, then that's what it should be, if your doctor agrees (hopefully). My sweet spot was every 7-9 weeks and my doctor was happy to comply. Then again, I was paying for my own medication. If you get your free from the state, then they may not be flexible because it costs them more.
@@PaoloBroccardo The same with me. I got the injection and according to the guidelines the secondt shot should be after 6 weeks (loading phase). My doctor just ignored that and made the appointment after 10 weeks, unless I feel too bad.
@@PaoloBroccardo Same here, I get it every 7 to 8 weeks. After the accelerating phase at the beginning, my doc told me we'd try a standard interval of 12 weeks. The last week the dip was so bad, I was haven't really dark thoughts, completely out of character for me. We went to 10, them 8 weeks. Now, after two years of this, I'm feeling great.
Would you need to include HCG or AI with Nebido?
Not usually. But that would be determined on whether you experience any other side effects from the Nebido that would warrant the need for an AI. Also, HCG would depends on whether you cared about being able to have children or not (while on TRT).

No. But let me summarise briefly: Nebido > Testogel (in my opinion). I have tried both and the gel was a dud for me, but Nebido worked fine. Obviously it varies from individual to individual, but that was my experience, and I have seen many similar reports.
@@PaoloBroccardo thanks I appreciate the reply, I had nebido for 8 years but I was getting tired of the high in the 2nd week and low dip at the end. Each year it got worse despite increasing to 8 weeks. So doctors advised I switch to gel as the dips are in the night.

My doctor told me to take them every 14 weeks instead of every 10weeks and know I’m fine. May I ask what your levels were ? A lot of people think the higher the better but that’s not always the case. The instructions say every 10 -14 weeks. Experience shows that in reality its anything from once every 7 - 11 weeks. It's very individual and depends on your levels when you started.

Screw this...I use Cyp and take .015 every 3 days and STAY 545-645 ALL the time...

What does it mean? 0.015 ml? I don't think so, because it would be nearly impossible to measure out such a low dose and it's around 2,5 mg testosterone cyp/shot. Maybe 0.15 ml? That would be 25 mg/shot. Assuming you've got 200mg/ml test cyp.

Im on nebido, its the only option here in norway.
Switched from 1000mg every 8 weeks, to 125mg every week. Felt really good for 3 weeks after the injection of 1000mg, then i felt like shit for the next 5 weeks. My TT level was at 27 nmol/L / 778 ng/dl after 8 weeks.
Do you think i will reach the level i need to feel good when im on 125mg weekly? Hope to get the levels up to +/- 35 TT. Shbg is 10, so free T is good.

Nebido pure testo is 650mg... rest mg is substances or how they called... thats why Nebido is a really bad
Nebido sucks the best way to star it first shot then 3 weeks later secon shot 6 weeks later third shot and thereafter every 6 to 8 week ..on the paper and reality is different if you happen to be work out guy maximum levels sustained is only 6 week believe me ..
Yep I do every 5-6 weeks
10-12 weeks is a joke
Or you can fo 1 ml every 2 weeks , rest is useless
