How to solve the problem of brake spongy for Philodo H8

Hey if you see this, my front breaks are tight, how do I loosen them up?
(If you need more context)so if I spin the front wheel,l it will stop spinning almost immediately after trying to make it spin. The back wheel is just fine, so I Think it’s the brakes .

Can the brakes work? Check for signs of oil leakage, possibly due to incomplete air discharge. Try adding brake fluid
