The know before you buy section is very important. Thank you for including that. Way too many YT reviewers just do a review of the product itself without even considering what devices people are trying to use with it.
Love the fridge test! I guess if you hooked up solar panels you could power the fridge indefinitely. I know you liked the Pecron, which one would you choose?
@@TechMadeEzy Costco had the Delta Pro on a limited sale about 3 three weeks ago for around $2500 with the remote control screen and the EV charge connector. I sure wish I had the extra cash at the time. It is no longer on sale. Not even listed any longer.
Thanks for the review and testing. What is your advice on battery care fir this device? Is it safe ok to keep it plugged in to my Fridge all the time as a ups or will that kill the battery?
Looks like a nice unit. Wouldn't you be calibrating the device if you would power cycle from 100-0% a couple of times? This power station would be a good match for my Bluetti PV420 solar panel (VOC=44.3V).
I always Point people to the manufacturer to find out what they recommend. Most batteries need to be cycled every 3 months as an example. Each manufacture seems to have different Expectations especially when it comes to their warranty.
23:32 : This table is all wrong ... a refrigerator that take 75W do not take it all the time, i got a small efficient one that is 50W, it take 1000W at start (half sec) then 50W for 8 mins, then it stop for an hour (depend on outside temperature) So let's simplify, it work 8mins per hour => 1h20 per 10 hours or per night, which is 60Wh only. Taking into account the bad efficiency of the inverter in this device which is something like80% or far less if only the fridge is working ... (can be 50%), it will use 120Wh per 10h night => would last 10 nights on a full charge. i'm off grid so i use it all day of the year, i persdonnaly do not use those small devices cause i need more power/ capacity, we use very small amount of energy per day and we got something like 270 Hours of battery (aka 10 days)
Tom, this specific power station that you posted on didn’t come with a car charger, so your best bet is contacting the manufacturer about your question since I wasn’t able to test it. I know I’ve tested other Power stations and charged them with a car charger using xt60 in the past especially EcoFlow power stations. Anyway good luck and definitely contact DaranEner on that question
What kind of “surge protector” were you using during the tv, fan, and light test? Can you use a cable with more outlets on it? Hopefully my question makes sense. Great review bro!!
Are you able to add those to each outlet to give you more outlets? Also, how do you feel about this unit compared to the Ecoflow Delta Max 2? Thank you for the quick reply! Sorry for all of the questions.
I have a Delta Pro, two Bluetti 200P's, and a VLD 2000 watt power station with three ground arrays with a total of fourteen 200 watt 12v solar panels. I'm thinking of building my own power station (I like to tinker with stuff). It's only spring and all of the stations are fully charged by 12:30 pm or earlier. I live in Golden Valley, AZ. So, sunshine is not a problem for me.

Was a good deal
Thank you for your details I learned a lot
Thank you
Sounds very promising. I think the voltage range for solar charging is limited.
Would have been nice to see more voltage
Got mine for $750!!!
Crazy deal
Thank you
Trying to decide between this and pecron 2000lfp. What’s your take on this decision?
Both pretty equal, Pecron definitely has more power stations out, DaranEner has 2 I believe
Thanks for the review and testing. What is your advice on battery care fir this device? Is it safe ok to keep it plugged in to my Fridge all the time as a ups or will that kill the battery?
Hi, thanks
so why would you need to do that is my 1st question?
Its a a fridge with imporant perishables that woudl be nice to have a UPS back up on the rare time the power goes and we are not around.@@TechMadeEzy
Ok I understand.
I wouldn’t keep it plugged in. Just keep the power station charged at 50% and have some solar ready also.
Why 50%?
Protecting the battery still last longer
did anybody knows how to turn off the screen of the NEO2000 when it's used for a longtime ?
It doesn't turn off
What is the capacity test result? Did I missed it? Can you adjust manually how many watts you want to charge thru AC?
No capacity test and it doesn’t have the ability to change charging , no app as well
Did you ever test the ac efficiency?
I did a few power tests and I did confirm it is a pure sine wave inverter

Calibration is usually done when you have an add on battery not matching the main unit. 0% on this unit should be 0%.
@@TechMadeEzy My bad. I always assumed that any power station needed calibration initially and maybe every 6 months or so.
No worries
Maintenance yes , battery cycling yes.
Would this be compatible with your blue Audi solar panels? There’s so much stuff out there I’m just trying to figure out what I need.
What do you mean maintain the battery 😮

XT60 cannot charge from the car
Hi Tom, actually it can I’ve used a couple of those cables with different manufacturers you get maybe 100 W

Hello to all.
Are you sure that is required a 33v and more solar panel for this station?
Thank you
Yes 33v minimum or it won't pickup solar, max is 60v

Hi thank you, it was a simple extension cord with a few outlets. No surge protection in this test.
Are you able to add those to each outlet to give you more outlets? Also, how do you feel about this unit compared to the Ecoflow Delta Max 2? Thank you for the quick reply! Sorry for all of the questions.
@jzjoey22 it's okay when I have time I don't mind at all. You can but you don't want to overdo it.
I just bought that power checker thanks bro
👍👍
It looks like a nice unit. But, four barrel plug that almost no one uses. Why?
Hi Gary I guess some people use them but yeah 4 it a bit much
