Titan tv man is the winner he has more power and abilities, and strength he is not dumb because the only reson why he looked dumb in episode 73 is because he was rushing to kill gman, and Usually when you rush you do not succeed, that’s why titan tv did not defeat gman, but gman does has a larger IQ than him though

But if this is fight 1v1 i think UTTM slams mid-high diff. Only one gman attack doing any damage to UTTM and this is green ball, any others gman attack and weapons like lasers doing no damage to UTTM.
But when UTTM come close to gman, UTTM have so much weapons on close range that can easliy kill gman like sword, core or tv screen.
U should have waiting for episode 74 for maybe see the real power of titan tv man.

Reason: dafuqboom doesn’t want gman to die yet so as we know that, he makes uttm dumber in battle so gman doesn’t die, this results in gman getting away which we then will probably see a skibidi Titan or maybe even an Astro Titan, who knows? But my prediction for ep 74 is that uttm will face a new foe (a Titan of the enemy race) and most likely get defeated
Note: dafuqboom confirmed a new Titan was gonna appear in the series and that is why I think this
