@@DanthePixarFan good review, and whats some fictional characters you wish didn't die? They could be from books, tv shows, movies, series, etc. Making the dead characters look like they are from coco
Great review! One suggestion I would have had would be to mention the upcoming Young Carl & Ellie in this video at the end (I know you mentioned hoping for it but it is technically confirmed). I don't remember if you did a news video but in my opinion it would have good to briefly mention it here since it's both the same movie (Up) and the same line (Featured Favorites) so it may be helpful to someone who doesn't keep up with toy news.
Do you know what's happened to the main 7-inch scale? Outside of premium lines like Featured Favorites, Spotlight Series, and Lightyear Alpha Class, it feels like forever since there's been a new release.
And as cool as this (and the Spotlight Series figures as well) are, I hate that they get exclusively released on Mattel Creations because they have no free shipping (that I could find) no matter how much your order is. So if you're buying this and nothing else, it costs like $30 after shipping. I initially only bought one Edna Spotlight Series, but decided I wanted two more later on (so I could display all 3 outfits simultaneously) and because it was in 2 orders, I had to pay for shipping twice. If they made these available through Amazon or Target instead, I get free shipping with no minimum on those sites (Prime and RedCard respectively)... the amount I've spent on shipping on Mattel Creations is quite a lot with the amount of Pixar merchandise I buy.
Thanks, man! Good suggestion, you're right I should have remembered to remind folks of the upcoming Up Carl & Ellie 2-pack since they are part of this scale line and Up related. And I assume what happened to the main 7" line is it's just phasing out. Lines don't last forever and it doesn't seem to have the best sales. Many of them are pegwarmers from what I've seen, sadly. And yes shipping does get expensive for sure with all these Mattel Creations exclusives! I wish they would just hit Amazon Prime like they use to.
