One of the two problems with this car is the catalytic converter. A simple exhaust tune or hack actually enables the car to gain significant power and torque. The same goes for the new NSX. I don't know why does Honda and Lexus put extremely restrictive catalytic converters on them.

don't know why the first pulls from the video sound kinda fast forwarded. The sound sounds higher pitched than the other half of the video. But I really like that this exhaust similar to the LC500 raspyness

Very similar engine configuration! Cross-plane, four cams, 32 valves, both cap out somewhere in the mid-7000s for RPM, variable cam timing, and both also make mid to high 400s for hp. I would love to see a dyno graph of both stock engines though.

It's a pity that the Lexus RC F doesn't perform as good as the other Japanese sports cars.
Its performance in Super GT racing also lose to GT-R, BRZ, 86, and Prius.
I hope the LC will perform better than the RC F.
I'm sure it will. they focused a lot on weight and center of gravity and it has the same engine but with a bit more power and new 10 speed transmission. Can't wait to see what Lc can do.
Their main goal in SuperGT is GT500 and they have a really close car to the GT-R

it's not about how what's faster and what has the most numbers in it's spec sheet, the M4 is not for everyone, not everyone wants a car that shakes your bones when going over a speed bump and a chinsy interior that is from 2009, RC-F is raw, N/A V8, has a way nicer interior and is a more comfortable car to drive in every use and can be used a daily driver without any issue.

Might be the worst performing one, but definitely the least headache-prone V8 (or car as a whole, for that matter).
Looks great in the outside but no low end torque due to a high redline and old ass outdated interior hurts this car BIG time.💯😣
