Commercial greens farming has more challenges & Surprises starting from seed selection, right bunch size, packing & transportation, finding the perfect marketplace & pricing model. Sharing my experiences & my revenue details from commercial greens farming in 23 cents of land.
The following points are discussed in detail in this video.

Ram try to do multilevel farming. If at all you not get in one others will compensate. You will reach breakeven very soon. In marketing you may also try subscription model, you will able to achieve customers in doing multilayer farming. Just check with Aakash chourasiya videos. Throughout the year you will have harvesting accompanied with base customers. 👍🙏🙏🙏. You have achieved basic level of farming. You are just inspiration to all the new farmers who want to join. In Japan , a private sector called Japan agriculture where you can keep your products and sell . You have to go before 8:00 am and put your prices in price tag with your assigned code ( computer is available in those shops) and come back and go back to office. The shop starts at 9:00 am and you will update of your sales every one hour. Every week you will get your sales product money in your account after deducting 10% of your sales for administrative works like shop rent , Employees salary. All the farmers having small area are using this . Farmers are benefiting without any middle man .
Thanks for your information. It is interesting to know how other countries are doing it . Here in tamil nadu similar concept called uzhavar sandhai where farmers itself sell their produce on their own. If we approach the japanese model as mentioned. Farmers will be saving their time on some useful activities. Thanks for your information 🙏

From 23 cents, if you could get Rs.12,000 in one crop (about 1 month), then the revenue from ONE acre in ONE crop can be about Rs.50,000. If a farmer can grow even 8 crops in one year (and leave 4 months free), the revenue per acre per year is Rs.4 lakhs with a profit of about Rs.1.44 lakhs. An average farmer with 5 acres can thus have a revenue of R.20 lakhs per year with a net profit of Rs.7 lakhs which is a good prospect. Of course, they need to be able to sell the greens at Rs.30 per kilo.
Am I correct in making these extrapolations from 23 cents to One acre?

My opinion ...Nalla keerai jegan.. u may be knowing.. for a to z of keerai. First comes marketing then production. Example Imagine i have 100 kattu keerai on hand how to sell have a plan and do production. Searching for marketing after production very difficult to get profit. Value addition is the key.. best to go for crops with value addition and shelf life.. opinions differ..
