If you like New Wave: Try Scheme. A band from Scotland. I will link a few songs for you here: Documentary (Awesome): ruclips.net/video/X3imunLOqzc/видео.html ruclips.net/video/P0T46bJHysE/видео.html ruclips.net/video/Sjqmex6JGHQ/видео.html ruclips.net/video/Woto0qJxMv4/видео.html
I remember this! I recorded this concert off the radio onto cassette tape and my friend and I listened to this over and over....always wished they'd released it...Thank you for posting it!
Excellent! Thank you so much for sharing! I really wish all MAW audio was on CD, and all MAW video footage was on DVD. They could put out different volumes of each, depending on what they find in various vaults. I'll even accept digital downloads if the music and video companies insist that that's the only way they'll do it. But give MAW fans the option to pay for more material from this truly special rock band. Oh yes, I appreciate the free stuff on youtube...but if this is what fans have found, just imagine what's in vaults...or at least some footage we know will be a lot clearer (and I say this without even expecting them to remaster anything - though that would be welcome as long as they do it right)!
this is one of those songs i don't think they played very often. "blue heaven" is another one and "wild mountain tyme" was around the time of wayfaring sons. thanks for preserving this!
it was from one of the wayfaring sons sets that was performed in canada. my memory is a tad bit fuzzy. i have it on tape somewhere and i apologize for the late response. i had no idea you had replied.
amazing what a great find this is. thanks for posting . superb number from the most talented band . Thank god we have plenty of their stuff on the web now. would love to have seen them live in the day but sadly never did. This song would do well in today's market I reckon. Rock on MAW!
Thanks so much for this gem..Never heard it before, and it´s so good..Can´t believe record companies don´t recover this stuff in reeditions (like the b side Anyone For Tennis), they say piracy is killing them..;-(
I have the full concert in excellent quality, including the songs which were cut off the broadcast (Mr. Entertainer, Dr. Heckyll & Settle Down My Boy). Quality is better than this upload.
I love it. Should have been on an album.
How on earth did this one get by. Fan since 83.

Would've been a hit with one of their signature quirky video treatments !
Same! It was from Merriwether Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD (I believe Colin called it Baltimore…close enough). I was OBSESSED with this song.
Somebody somewhere PROBABLY has this in FLAC. And maybe the original cassette recording survives.
Wow! Love it! Never heard this song till today and it's a cracker! Thank-you for posting!
