Really depends on what appears to be the “meta” that season/week/day. But I also pick a lead and build the rest around it. And usually the lead is something strong that may have double weakness (ex. Quagsire, ferro) because the two mons in the back can help me align my lead away from the counter. My current team does have a charjabug lead and this video’s team would spell trouble for me 🤔
Still though, sounds like a positive way to think when Team Building. Never thought of this.
Nice team! I usually pick a pokemon I want to use first, then pick the other two based on the first mons weaknesses (classic ABBs lol 😂) I don't really start with a typing to be fair, that's step 2 in my team building 😜
Apparently I always had it wrong the whole time haha!
Classic ABBs work almost always, so why not abuse their power? 😅
@@GanetoPokemonGO hehe, though ABA and ABC also have their benefits and can be less predictable
@@woetmak6199 ABA are actually my favourite nowadays. But they're so tough to manage. Especially when at most of my battles, after switch, I immediately forget my opponent's lead Pokémon xD

I'm losing so much ELO due to lag. For real... I fail catches, I overtap, or simply my move does not go trigger despite clicking on multiple occasions. They gave a free premium pass... But it does not compensate the 200 ELO I've lost...
And that's why I can't see GBL seriously 😳

I like to pick teams that are a mix of meta but also pokemon that I like a lot. Like sometimes I’ll randomly have the urge to play a Frosslass team. I don’t like feeling like I HAVE to play main meta mons. I also like playing with pokemon that were good when I first started playing (for nostalgia)
