I described the total lack of deescalation, he said I could speak to his superior and I again said that was not necessary because a superior was a part of the incident and I just needed the link to submit the officer complaint... It doesn't sound as if it went to an appellate court. He refers to a trial, afaik, trials aren't held in appellate courts. I think he was convicted in something like a mayor's court and then appealed to the local district court.

Absolutely amazing. Please don't let these cops get away with this shit don't sue just have their jobs instead because they are dangerous to society. Public servants are to remain professional no matter the storm. If they don't get fired then it should be proven that this type of behavior is completely approved by those who operate within the system. It angers me and I am not even an auditor.
