I just received my Anthem today, purchased from the secondary market for $380 shipped.
I have been collecting knives seriously for nearly a year & have owned many high-end knives. I have never owned a Hinderer or CRK, but I have owned many production models in the $300 range.
I am absolutely blown away by everything about the Anthem. I LOVE the way it looks. The action is legendary. Mine arrived pretty dull but thankfully with nary a mark on it. One of my favorite things about this knife is the unbelievably satisfying "clink" it makes when the blade drops shut. And man, does it drop shut!
I just put a 20°/side mirror edge on it tonight with my Wicked Edge, & it looks even better, which I wasn't sure was possible.
This is the most I've ever spent on one knife, & boy am I glad I chose this one to jump they high for the first time. The Anthem will likely be a lifer for me. For me, it is an incredibly beautiful piece of engineering, a delicious blend of art & function.
Next I will be looking for the rare (I believe) partially serrated Anthem to go with my plain edge. I could carry only this knife for the rest of my life & die happy, that's how strongly I love the thing.
Great video my man! I hope your sub count climbs ever higher, as you make well-produced & informative content! 😃

Very interesting...I've wondered how knives can become collectible.

Thanks. I really want to compare this knife to the Sebenza.
