Hi, can a single device function as a Mesh system, or is it necessary to purchase at least two or more devices? Specifically, does one device need to be connected to the router via cable, while the others can operate wirelessly by simply being plugged into a power outlet?
Can you bind a deice to a specific node? I understand with TPLink you can do it. Big problem I have with my current mesh is that stationary devices like cctv cameras and speakers keeps jumping to nodes far away with low through put.
Due giorni fa l'ho installato . È stato abbastanza semplice . Ho un solo problema abbastanza grave . Sia la base che un extender funzionano bene . Ma il secondo extender del set mentre facevo l'accoppiamento si è bloccato . Il LED è verde ma non c'è connessione e non si vede nella applicazione. Ho fatto decine di volte il reset senza successo, non succede praticamente nulla il LED resta verde. È come morto . Anche staccando la corrente nessun risultato. Stamattina ho contattato per email il supporto vediamo cosa dicono .
I have an MX12 and an MW6 but I can't get them to connect via mesh. Do you know why or how to do it? I have them connected to each other via cable and neither work.
I got mine this week and I'm having issues with Firmware upgrade. I get a pop up asking for upgrade and I accept it but it fails every time I tried. I tried to do it on my phone and laptop. I think there's an issue with it.
I purchased a single MX12 node to add to my existing Tenda Mesh12 (the white cube ones). I failed to add this one as secondary. I have no idea how to proceed.
Aqui uso o mw3 da mesma marca e conecto um via cabo no outro, são 4 nodos conectados via cabo assim levam maior velocidade no wifi em cada cômodo da casa
Surely this doesn't need to plug into an existing router.... It can be used as it's own Router / extender network... Just plugs into the fiber access port.... Honestly, throw these BT, Sky routers in the bin, they are dogshyt
Total Trash System don't purchase them, weakest antenna in the industry. Sent that trash back, however the configuration interface is pretty nice. But the physical tech is trash, also setting the up as a mesh system isn't smooth either they don't connect sometime you have to reset them, not a smooth process.
You raise a good point that the pronunciation of "router" can vary depending on regional differences and localization. In some parts of the world, the word is pronounced with a long "ou" sound (like "rowter"), while in other regions, it's pronounced with a short "ou" sound (like "rauter"). Therefore, if you're communicating with someone from a different region or background, it's important to be aware of potential differences in pronunciation and be respectful of these variations. For example, if you're from the United States and you're communicating with someone from the United Kingdom, you might hear them pronounce "router" with a different accent than what you're used to. In this case, it's important to understand that both pronunciations are valid and reflect different linguistic traditions. It's important to note that even within the same country, there can be significant variations in pronunciation due to different regional dialects and accents. For example, in the United States, there are significant differences in the way people pronounce "router" depending on the region they come from. In some parts of the country, such as the Northeast or Midwest, the word is pronounced with a long "ou" sound, while in other regions, such as the South or West, it's pronounced with a short "ou" sound. Even within a region, there can be significant variations in pronunciation based on cultural or social factors. It's important to be aware of these variations and be respectful of different dialects and accents when communicating with others. If you're unsure about someone's pronunciation or meaning, it's always a good idea to ask for clarification and avoid making assumptions. By being mindful of these differences, you can help create a more inclusive and respectful communication environment.

I have Tenda MX12 ax3000 & Tenda MX21pro axe5700, I want setup all in one profile but I not working 😢 any solution??
I have MW12 mesh nodes and thinking may upgrade to this but my main concern is the MW12 is tri-band and this is only dual band ?
Isn't there a web based setup?

Para vc resolver este problema somente se conectar os nodos via cabo , utilizar a malha wifi para conexão entre os nodos causa este problema.

I have a existing MW6, will the new Tenda mesh compatible my old MW6, will they communicate, are they using same Tenda apps, thanks
They have a WiFi 7 Mesh system coming out soon. FAR more powerful then this one.
Thank you get great video. Can you buy of these units x2 packs and then link the 6 together for coverage ?
Hey did you get this figured out? Can you daisy chain them together, or do they need to communicate with the primary?
Is compatible with older nova devices?
Love Tenda ..are they much better than the mw6 ?
Nope, Mw6 port is gigabit so.... 1000 mbps. Not worth the price difference. Wait for better cable options in the future lol
@@pedrosoares102 hello, you sound like you know what you are saying - how about the mw12, worth it?
It won't let me add the 2nd and 3rd nodes just keeps flashing green
Is the mx12 worth the difference in money. Love your reviews.

I emailed tenda and apparently mw6 isn’t compatible with the mx12 and mx15. So I guess mine will end up on eBay
Is that will work if i conncted to PoE switch ?
How do I make the 3rd node talk to second and not 1st. No bridge mode like in older models?
Hey did you get this figured out? I’m considering buying this and want to be able to daisy chain them.
Can i conect two of them wired and the third by wifi? All three creating the same mesh.
Thanks!!
you can use wires or wireless or a combination of both, so you should be fine
What speeds do you get? Is it stable? Can you also connect the mw6’s with the mx12’s?
No

Hi. Were you able to fix it?
@@qwertylowbubble decided to return and buy a tplink one.
Nice and interesting video!
Thanks for the visit

i HAVE THE NEW MX12 but can not get the old cube style to connect yet, i have 6 of the old cube style
@@QS59 , I too have fell foul of this , unfortunately they are not compatible systems
Bought the three pack. Other nodes won’t connect to primary node. I’ve given up trying. Sent back for refund. 🤦♂️
I'm having this issue

We had nothing but trouble with these I'd keep well away
Wow, thanks for warning. What kind of troubles?
Got a kit 4 months ago. Today I found that one unit has bricked... Tenda sucks.

'Rowter'? Stop with the affected Americanisms- it's pronounced 'rooter'.

Try again when you've learned how to say router.

Why be so rude? He’s British, as am I and that how we say it! Brilliant video!
How do you pronounce Route 66?
It's called English for a reason!!!
