The dude in jail literally said revenge has a funny way of coming back the dudes in the house killed tupac and set up the guy in the jail and Tupac killed them as a spirit
I think the point of the video is the guy in jail was 2Pacs friend. 2Pac was killed and the friend was set up to take the fall. 2Pac reborn is Makaveli. So Makaveli came back from the dead and killed those responsible for his death. In the same way that the Makaveli album was 2Pacs last album he recorded and put together before his death, when it was released it was like him coming back from the dead. The Makaveli album was 2Pac reborn in a way, he changed his artist name to Makaveli for that album. He was talking about a lot of his enemies on that album, basically aired out his whole beef on the track "Against all odds". Along with some good social commentary thrown in, it really felt and sounded like Pacs "last album". As a side note I think there are a lot of really good tracks to react to from that album. Bomb First (Intro) - Its not really anything to dissect lyrically, but its a high energy track that introduces the album really well. Hail Mary - Which you guys are reacting to here Blasphemy - Which you guys already reacted to White Manz world - A good introspective track from Pac with social commentary, very recommended you react to this one! Against All Odds - This is a good track as well, but I think the lyrics get lost on most people who dont understand who hes talking about. Basically breaking down his beef with everyone, and those responsible for his first shooting.

He had just turned 25 when he made this song he recorded the whole album with in 2 weeks there is no other rapper who could do what he could do then or now because no one thought about the world the way he did
Great Reaction, Fun Fact: Pac had a dope football rhyme scheme in the beginning of the 1st verse. He said " In These Killing Fields, Hail Mary Catch Me If I Go, Let's Go Deep Inside Mine Mind " dope football scheme. The video was made after he had died. Reaction 2Pac Me Against The World song.
Pac was a genius and he was the realest to come out back then in the 90s in Cali everywhere you went pac was playing everyone loved him, rap has changed so much their barley any soul in it anymore there good young artist out there but never on Tupacs level
In this video, you can assume these guys are the ones that killed him, and Makaveli (Tupac) came back from the grave to take out revenge on the ones who killed him.
Dooope review!!!! So funny and true haha Crazy fact: He wrote his parts AND recorded it in sth like 30 MINUTES. I love how you talk about the comments when we discussed his impact and why people MAYBE wanted him dead. Dont forget "Unconditional Love" and "Life Goes On" 🙏 Happy New Year by the way!
Just a clarification on this line. "When they turn out the lights, I'll still be there in dark, thug eternal in my heart". Prior to that he mentioned and gave a shot out to some still locked up in San Clinton Prison. He was telling them that he'd be there for them although he wasn't locked up with them. Even when the prison turns out the lights he'd still be there with them in spirit in the dark and with thug eternal in his heart. 2nd point. This video was made by a random person after 2Pac died and does not follow the track which is why you might have misinterpreted that line, but it is an important and inspirational line and honestly I've heard a lot of reaction videos get it wrong every time as well. Try the lyrics if the music is post Pacs life.
Check out some of the songs of the "Gang Related" soundtrack. There's a lot of Pac songs out there that he never intended to release which is why sometimes you hear a track with a chorus that doesn't match the vibe of the song, people went back and pieced a lot of songs together after he passed. "Lost souls" or "Starin' through my rearview" might have been the last stuff that was released that he actually intended to come out. Gang Related was also Pac's last film he started in that came out.
This was one of the first songs that was released after his death. Think it was only like 2-3 months after his death. That's why he's not in the video and probably why the video doesn't make much sense, I took it back then as Pac was coming back as a ghost and haunting his enemies. Kinda an eerie video.
The video depicts Tupac coming back from the dead to get revenge on his friends who set him up and the outlaws consisted of his cousin the late Yaki Khadafi, Fatal Hussein, Edi Mean, Kastro and Young Noble...
Its deep. It's the struggle in the streets not to get lost in her evil and end up dead or in prison and losing family and friends to the streets or prison
You ask what's the meaning here... I've never been able to come up with a meaning but where are a lot of themes in the song. Death, hopelessness, religion, vices, rebirth
ah it is so annoying that when i was in the shower after shooting this i made the connections and realized it was him coming back from the dead to kill the crew that set up the guy at the start of the video
In my opinion the video is him getting payback ,revenge to all his enemies who did him wrong, probably set him up to get Killed . So basically woke up from the grave to haunt and set up there deaths until there is No one.
It is the guy in the beginning that says revenge has a funny way of settling the score, basically the younger dude In the jail cell say “they killed my friend” (Tupac) Tupac comes back as a ghost/spirit and gets his revenge against the dudes who killed him in the video. but they skipped the last part of the video where it shows the guy in the jail cell once again and he’s reading the newspaper and it shows that the guys who killed Tupac have all “mysteriously died”
Basically hess a spririt that came back from the dead..and killed those guys that killed him..that's why there all dying one by one..I gotta hand it to u Callum man u actually try to understand what's going on so hard and I respect that and your love for hip hop
