1. Basic ingredients
Smoked duck meat 400g
Sew 200g
Creamy (crammy) 100g
Red bell pepper 1

Rainbow radish sprouts 50g

Pineapple 2
Olive oil as needed
2. Nuoc mam sauce
Fish sauce 4 spoons, sugar 4 spoons
Purified water 50g
Lemon juice 1 slice
Minced garlic 1 spoon
Cheongyang pepper 1
Red pepper 1
3. Peanut sauce
Peanut butter 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp sugar
50g milk
1 slice lemon juice
1 slice lemon
4. Recipe
1) Make peanut sauce
⊙ Mix 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 50g milk, and 1 slice lemon juice until well mixed.
2) Make nuoc mam sauce
⊙ Mix 4 tbsp fish sauce, 4 tbsp sugar, 50g purified water, 1 slice lemon juice, and 1 tbsp minced garlic.
⊙ Add red pepper and 1 slice lemon for more flavor.
3) Prepare vegetables and seasonings
⊙ Slice cabbage thinly with a vegetable peeler, wash thoroughly, and place in a colander to remove moisture.
⊙ Cut red and green peppers in half and slice lengthwise.
⊙ Cut carrots in half and slice lengthwise. ⊙ Cut 10 cherry tomatoes in half.
⊙ Cut the pineapple into 12 pieces for easy eating.
⊙ Wash the radish and sprouts thoroughly.
⊙ Tear the crab meat by hand.
4) Cooking
⊙ Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the squid.
⊙ Add the smoked duck to the same pan and stir-fry until cooked.
5) Making Vietnamese spring rolls
⊙ Lightly soak the rice paper in warm water, soften it, and evenly spread the ingredients and roll it up.
⊙ Place the prepared vegetables and main dish on a plate and enjoy with the prepared sauce.
