I think Billie, Hailey, rosé and Kendall's look were the best. Billie felt so Royal and angelic. Hailey's outfit was so simple yet chic. It passed rich model vibes. Rose looked so elegant showing of her petite body nad slender legs. And Kendall looked like a glowing lantern.
