Better placement of the switches and gauges on the older 379’s in my opinion. On the newer 379’s the layout works, just not as good. On my 379 it’s very busy 23 switches all on the right. And 19 gauges all in front. I don’t know what going on with the 389’s though. Feels like your turning on and off a light switch in a house or something, very strange.

This dash is 01 to 05 models, 06 and 07 is more digital + this is Long nose, did you tread in 379 to get 389? Man I'm going other way 14 to 06 379 cat next week it will be in shop for inframe , you got nice 389 and glider is +, no def no regain no problems
sweet trucks man, never thought I'd like the classic looking pete's but then I bought one and love my fucking truck, she ain't new but people always think she is. I like the interior in the new truck better then the old 379's What engine did you slap in the new shiny pony? Those driver tires are junk for snow, ice and mud just an FYI.
@Jeff Cairns There is No slope to the hood whatsoever on this 379. & the grill is large not small. I owned both. count the rivets on side of hood above the Perterbilt emblem also look behind the left front fender the chrome piece is longer that on a short hood
