You do realize bodybuilders really don't run right? I had to force myself to cause my body wasnt being trained to walk anymore an only do arts, lift, drum an sleep. It's considered anti-gain an it kinda is. Whatever I train to do I do. That's why I can drum all day, an lift an do high kicks for hours but I did 5 minutes of stairs the other day
I had to walk up 90 degree slopes or 400 stairs to get 500 feet closer to the gym a half mile away in mexico. Still walking in the freezing snow an rain to get there. Its just part of life. Like watching RUclips I feel stupid for doing. So I do other things. It's so hard to find girls into this. I met a girl who came from Virginia to be with me when I was 32 an thats about the only female I met with that one thing in common. So I feel ya on those things

I've been into fitness for over a year (I don't do it to get big; I'm getting too big-something weird about looking "like a different person", as a friend told me once). I had to for convoluted health reasons, now I'm psychologically addicted. I do it so as not to drown in thoughts. I almost won 20,000 dollars from Muscle & Fitness. I wouldn't want to look like a bodybuilder, let them do it. It's interesting I guess. But there are Greek statues that have what I consider more ideal for some or perhaps most. Pro bodybuilders should be few.
