Mrs. Okame of the snack shop, who's been selected as the "Neighborhood Healthy Grandma," has suddenly been kidnapped by the mysterious Fish Cake Man. The Apron Detective, who happened to be nearby to help with the festival preparations (Mother), as well as Mikan and Yuzuhiko, her assistants, act as negotiators.
