    10:00 Eames made plastic chairs? They used fiberglass, not plastic.

      fibreglass is a fibre reinforced plastic

    LOL! They wanted to make "affordable" furniture that now only millionaires can afford!

      If you look at the valastro collection at the end: they payed 2500 for the whole thing. That would be 30.000 adjusted for inflation today. I don‘t think the initial buy is affordable but rather the 50 years of use made it affordable.
