As others have already commented he tried to fc blue zenith with hdhr but missed and got 727 pp again. If this hadn’t happened then the 727 meme wouldn’t even have been close as big as it is today. The 727 meme wasn’t created just because it was the first ever 700+ pp play. His hdhr play set it in stone.
727 was massive instantly, the mass of players couldn't imagine some other doable pp record at the time, and it was so fitting that cookiezi got the record when he did. Even if he hadn't gotten another 727pp play, it would probably still be the main osu! meme
