The bit at the end, where he's talking about how his voice will be when he's older: 1) He looked adorable getting all excited and 2) he does that low voice all the time now and it makes me feel dirty in the very best way.
I agree. What is her problem??? And the reason they all start uniformly is because they all hear the funny things Fry says AT THE SAME TIME!!! But gagothesith is taking it all very seriously... its very strange. ^_^ x
@MrTonyInchpractice I must have been absolutely paralytic when I wrote that gibberish. My apologies. The offending nonsense is now removed. Steve Fry's heroic status as comedic genius and official nationalised cuddly brain remain untarnished by complete nobodies like me.
I love stephen, but just want to clarify Rod Stewart was in The Faces, not The Small Faces: my love of the small faces makes me want to clarify that. But love this interview! so good!
Stephen Fry has lost none of his humour, but he was certainly in the prime of his comedy writing career. Also, I think, his cocaine snorting career. As for his pomposity, I tend to find that people go off celebrities they used to like, not because the celebrity has changed, but that the celebrity has said something you disagree with, which means you have changed.
Fry needs a script. Personally I cannot watch QI and replaced easily by who? Peter’s friends was poor and rightly panned. Documentary on ashd and being expelled and depression was awful. But Blackadder was superb and Fry and Laurie was pretty good as I remember.
Best Stephen Fry intro EVER.

Ah, Stephen Fry: the coke years. He really was hilariously mean back in the day.
he's a national fucking treasure!
"Now your hair behaves even when you don't..." *sigh* Mr. Fry is simply irresistadorable! ;D
3:44: "The name is Major, John Major..."
you have an archive of gold
good god, I adore this man! :)
me too! he is so adorable - i love the way he does that school boy thing of flicking his fringe out of his eyes:)
what a classy pair.
What year was this?
Clive James went to my high school actually, I looked him up and he was an alumni. So he's Australian
oh this is newly uploaded! thanks!
he seems quite pleased with his shampoo voiceovers! lol.
Brilliant!

dear god hes cute.
Do u really think Stephen's cute?
Clive James was always old but was Stephen Fry ever that young? Seems intellect and intelligence knows no age..
no sound!
we now know there was something of the wild animal in major
i would say so, but it has to be right
Stephen Fry - a E.U. zealot on the wrong side of political history.

YUM.
aw, baby Stephen, full of coke and sass
@aleerarose
He is Australian
John Major a tiger under all that? Yes, He was nobbing Edwina Currie!
Edwina Currie would know what she was doing and a good perfume makes up for many a shortcoming.
Can canned laughter ever sound good and in place?

@ludocrat tinkety-tonk old horse :)
Right-ho!
@ludocrat piffle-bibble
stephen fry when he was funny
Yes, he has got a bit pompous of late. I still like him, but age has seemed to change him a bit for the worse.

A bit like Cleese, stopped being funny as he got older!
@@NxDoyle no, he just got less funny
