For those who don't know the context of the songs "Who I Smoke" and this one allow me to briefly explain. Foolio is a part of KTA, "Kill Them All", they are a gang that controls east and west parts of Jacksonville, FL. They have been having a gang war with ATK. "Ace's Top Killers". Who control North and South parts of Jacksonville. The feud started when a few members of the rival gangs got into a fight at a club. Soon after, a hit was ordered by KTA on a member of the rival ATK gang. A song dropped dissing the dead gang member. This is when the two gangs, (who mainly focus on selling drugs and making music) began ordering hits and carrying out a series of drive-bys on eachother. In 2018, a ATK member known as Yungeen Ace was the sole survivor of a triple homicide that included his brother and two best friends at a popular shopping maul in Jacksonville. Soon after a hit was ordered to kill "Lil Bibby" or Bibby, a member of KTA. He was the "brother" or close friend of Foolio, he was killed in a neighborhood in Jacksonville, age 16. Soon later Who I Smoke was dropped and Bibby is listed as a dead opp by Yungeen Ace. Shortly later, while hanging out at a hotel Yungeen was ambushed by KTA gang members who tried to carry out a hit at the pool. Ace survived. The two have been feuding, and it is very much deadly. Melvin Park is contested gang territory and both gangs film videos and go live on IG trying to test eachother. It's very sad, as many of those killed and who have carried out the killings were just young kids. The violence has gotten out of hand and it's Jacksonville Sherriffs current highest priority.
