The hurt i was when i realized the terraces/balconies weren't usable in that building... I had so many plans for it 😔 And the apartment you renovated I never actually came with a plan that i really liked so i usually use it as the temporary home my sims want to escape from lol

I have a Samoyed dog, and when I brush him, I put clumps of his hair on the tree in my back garden. I heard that birds use fur to make nests, especially in winter, and as I live in the UK, it gets pretty cold. I've seen different types of birds taking the fur and it's so cute to think it's helping their babies stay warm 🥰
I love using that Tiny Living stool height table in this apartment. I don’t think I’ve ever renovated this without it. It just fits so well in that small space. But this is beautiful as always Deli!

It’s fun seeing creativity across all furniture but it’s also great to see what can be done with specific packs and how the items can look together. Would love a specific pack series, where you can use base game things too, can imagine after your rooms in their own pack video, some just wouldn’t create a together build. 🙌🏻😁

I like it, looks great, I just wish there was a different place for the bathroom door-it works but having it right near the fridge just seems like something I would try not to do. Don’t restrict yourself to certain packs-love how you’re able to tie different things together in ways we might not always think to do!

Hi Deli the apartment looks gorgeous. Btw to upload it with all walls and doors, I delete a wall where a door will be, put 1 piece of wall with a door out of the room, paint each side then lift it into the gap. Do all of them and click on the outer wall (inside) and it will be all 1 room : )
Love this reno Deli!!! The floor plan is great and eco is also my favourite pack! The first thing I do when I play in the apartment is get the modern developments in every place! I'll play 3 households one in each area to get it all sorted out faster! 😂 21:22
Because I love watching you build, I think you shouldn’t have to restrict yourself at all! Maybe for a challenge every now and then, just for fun, otherwise it’s really fun to see your creativity. I think the only ones who really complain about it are people who just find your builds on the gallery and don’t actually watch your videos. Just have fun! Work is more fun when you allow yourself that freedom :) 💌🌟
This turned out really cute! I never use that apartment because it’s so tiny and the layout doesn’t make much sense, but you’ve made it look nice and functional! I also really like that you don’t completely limit use of packs, because builds end up looking all the same and that’s no fun for you to build, or us to watch. 💛
I had a tough time renovating it too. The layout is so difficult to work with as is. I felt like the kitchen was too big for the space and the living room was too narrow. I ended up swapping the living and kitchen areas and used the wall right when you walk in for a nice sleek black kitchen (cc). I then made a cozy living room with a 70's vibe in the former kitchen area using the large burnt orange 70's-style sofa in the sims (I don't remember what pack it's from). I also used Dream Home Decorator's pampas grass vase throughout (with the black and gold vase), turned the second bedroom into a formal dining room, used Eco Lifestyle's bathroom fixtures in black for the bathroom, and just brought the black, burnt orange and gold colors throughout the apartment. It goes so well with the large tan-orange windows you get when the neighborhood changes. It's honestly one of my faves now. I wish I could share a picture. I never uploaded it to the gallery since it has quite a bit of cc.

I really liked the way this came out. The only change I would have made is the bathroom opening into such a small kitchen, right next to the fridge... that just grosses me out even though these are the Sims and not real life. Anyhow, go and use as many packs as you want, unless you're doing some kind of challenge. People who want to download can easily replace the missing items with ones from the packs they have, I do it all the time. I purchased Eco Lifestyle this Christmas but haven't really tried out the gameplay, just used the build items... which is my favorite thing to do--building that is--more so than actually playing with the sims themselves.

I enjoy the pack restriction! It makes you use items that you sometimes don’t normally use and you have to get creative 🙂 also if you want to view the build during daytime, you can send your Sims to volunteer to speed up the time lol just a thought ❤

Cute build! My only “complaint” is I would have moved the door to the kids bedroom over to the nook area by the master bedroom door. It would give you the extra wall space in the lounge area and you wouldn’t be looking at 3 doors on different wall depths when you walk in the main door.
I love apartments and it bothers me to no end that we can only have the premade ones in San Myshuno. It's the thing that makes me come back to Sims 2 the most. You can do SO MUCH with apartments, and most people live in apartments anyway

I would like to see someone challenge themself with a build using one of the unusually colored window swatches from either Strangerville or Discovery University. DU has a bright blue and a lime green swatch that I cannot wrap my head around

i think it’s totally fine if you use lots of packs. i downloaded your biggest apartment and for the packs i didn’t have, i just replaced the items. plus it’s way more entertaining watching you build something with more packs. and it’s way nicer
I enjoy watching both restricted and non-restricted builds, but most of all I enjoy watching builds where the builder seams to have fun building. Please do whatever you prefer!

Don’t know of somebody has said this before, but on live mode you can click the community voting board and while holding shift key click on the board and on the bottom there is option for modern development. That way the apartment will become modern
It might be fun to do a build series of doing the same build (like the cube) but with different pack (/small group of packs) each time, plus also having it ready for the gameplay features. I feel like it could let some packs really shine and also bring us to try something new. Some packs have more styles too, so for example eco lifestyle could result in one cube that's super eco friendy and second one that's the exact opposite (the industrial footprint thing). And some packs are small, but fit nicely with others, so for example there could be a build of parenthood + the two stuff packs. I feel like something like this might be nice, cause pack limitation, while at the same time needing a lot of creativity to use the most out of each and do something different every time.
Ok, since there is a killer sale going on I'm going to get EcoLifestyle..What stuff packs & kits do you recommend to follow that trend? Tiny Living & the clutter & plant kits maybe? Or Industrial & Maschino ?
i would like it if every once in awhile you did a video where you only used 1 pack + base game, but for the majority of vids i prefer all packs! its fun to be able to download your builds and put them in my world 😊 also, you're so pretty deli!!
I honestly think you should just feel free to use whatever packs you want, but I think it would be nice to have builds once in a while where you just use base game and the pack that goes with the world you’re building in. Cause it’s more challenging and you kinda get forced to use objects you wouldn’t normally think to use. And of course it’s nice for players who don’t have many packs/don’t use cc. But in general, I love seeing you use all the packs. If anything it just makes me more excited to purchase them, too. Like the clutter kit is literally my dream kit, so it makes me so excited to see it being used. It makes such a difference in the vibe of the build to have items that look a little messy on purpose.
What I find weird is that the bathroom door is near the fridge. Imagine someone going in or out of the bathroom while someone is looking in the fridge and deciding what to eat. Also if a sim is busting to go to the toilet and another sim is going to the fridge to cook a meal at the same time...imagine the chaos.
Eco lifestyle is my favorite pack so tell me why I didn’t know the apartment buildings change. Is it when the neighborhood turns green or is it tied to certain NAPs??
Please don't restrict packs! Many of us just watch videos rather than downloading them from the gallery. I own all of the packs, and I want to see builds where all of my packs are put to use because some of them are a waste of money lol. But seriously, please feel free to use whatever you like!

that’s what I just did, I moved my sims out yesterday hahah
I use the TOOL mod to be able to put items in the balcony areas. The whole process is quite tedious, but it's worth it hehe

Don’t know of somebody has said this before, but on live mode you can click the community voting board and while holding shift key click on the board and on the bottom there is option for modern development. That way the apartment will become modern
It might be fun to do a build series of doing the same build (like the cube) but with different pack (/small group of packs) each time, plus also having it ready for the gameplay features. I feel like it could let some packs really shine and also bring us to try something new. Some packs have more styles too, so for example eco lifestyle could result in one cube that's super eco friendy and second one that's the exact opposite (the industrial footprint thing). And some packs are small, but fit nicely with others, so for example there could be a build of parenthood + the two stuff packs.
I feel like something like this might be nice, cause pack limitation, while at the same time needing a lot of creativity to use the most out of each and do something different every time.

My sims lived in Pincrest apt 404 with 5 Kids. I don't know what I was thinking. They were cramped but made it work LOL

I honestly think you should just feel free to use whatever packs you want, but I think it would be nice to have builds once in a while where you just use base game and the pack that goes with the world you’re building in. Cause it’s more challenging and you kinda get forced to use objects you wouldn’t normally think to use. And of course it’s nice for players who don’t have many packs/don’t use cc.
But in general, I love seeing you use all the packs. If anything it just makes me more excited to purchase them, too. Like the clutter kit is literally my dream kit, so it makes me so excited to see it being used. It makes such a difference in the vibe of the build to have items that look a little messy on purpose.
What I find weird is that the bathroom door is near the fridge. Imagine someone going in or out of the bathroom while someone is looking in the fridge and deciding what to eat. Also if a sim is busting to go to the toilet and another sim is going to the fridge to cook a meal at the same time...imagine the chaos.

Eco lifestyle is my favorite pack so tell me why I didn’t know the apartment buildings change. Is it when the neighborhood turns green or is it tied to certain NAPs??

You should only restrict yourself when it's part of the challenge. You are lucky enough to have all the packs and it's fun watching you use them all!
Please don't restrict packs! Many of us just watch videos rather than downloading them from the gallery. I own all of the packs, and I want to see builds where all of my packs are put to use because some of them are a waste of money lol. But seriously, please feel free to use whatever you like!
