CHASING DOWN BIKE THIEF IN PHILLY!! (ROZAATI 500K RIDEOUT)

In this video a rideout chased down a bike thief whole stole a kids bike at the meet!
This without a doubt is one of the craziest videos i have filmed
after not hosting a ride in my home town of Philadelphia for over 3 years i finally comeback to connect with my home city i also got ‪@Mafia-bike‬ to send over one of their brand new Bomma Thrust to giveaway to one lucky person at the meet!
