It's not easy to cover Choa's part though because Choa's vocal are strong and unique. But they did a good job especially Yuna and Hyejoong even though their range are totally different.❤️
Choa is iconic and legendary, she will always be a part of what is/was AoA. I miss her... But, Yuna is just as awesome (and so underrated) and the twin towers of beauty both have fierce singing abilities! That's why I didn't freak out when Choa left (yeah, I was depressed, but, I didn't freak out).... Here's to the past, present and future of AoA!

U hear seolhyun voice mixed with hyejeong voice, thats why sounds better coz there is a harmony of 2 voice. Hyejeong sings choas part alone with her voice without harmony as seolhyun did.
Hyejeong and Yuna did very well covering Choa's parts. It even seems as if Yuna has a bit of a better technique. However this just proved that Choa's voice is irreplacable. She's the power vocal of AOA after all. Even her members who spent proably hours upon hours trying to imitate her voice, yet just came close enough to satisfy the listeners. I hope that Choa reappears to Kpop, because I really enjoy her voice and to me her vocals made AOA's songs so damn catchy.
She has a youtube channel now and she posts lots of covers on there :) she even recently had an official comeback where she again featured on a song by Primer, called Cloud.

Though ChoA was more of a stylistic singer Yuna sounded more technical due to her "simple" voice (obviously claimed like that by some ChoA hardcore fans who unnecessarily brought themselves in Mina's scandal against A5A) Yuna is Shouty too but she sounds thiner so her volume isn't screaming like unlike ChoA who even she sounded cool was a lot louder and make her tension while singing even more noticeable

Her vocals were the one attracted the attention and kept the group alive. I'm not discrediting other members, but let's just admit it. Choa is the one who gets center, the attention, because of her iconic looks, her amazing vocals etc. That's why when sh left AOA that triggered the downfall of the group.

@@dproductions7293 she only sounds that thin cuz she chose to make her voice cuter, her natural voice is a bit deeper, look at aoa black or 2012 aoa vocal covers, as aoas concept changed so did her voice. She isn't a bad vocalist, she just doesn't have big have texture in her voice like Choa. So her covers for Choa sound awkward just because they weren't made for her voice specifically. Listen to some of their ballads, Yuna is a great vocalist. Also Yuna didn't get every Choa line, a good half went to Hyejeong too, it was split pretty well. In conclusion she sounds awkward because the parts weren't made for her but she's a good singer.
