FREAKIEST recruit I’ve landed was a 4star Agile athlete 6’6 280. I changed him to Outside line backer after redshirt freshman season was a 92 overall . Currently in his JR season he’s a 96 speed 93 acceleration 87 zone coverage 90 strength 89 power/finesse each. He’s a freak out there
If you want to min/max coaching points pick recruiter 1st and then unlock the other 2 for 10 each. Then spend 15 more in both motivator and tactician to access the architect tree. Then you’ll want to spend points in the architect tree until you can unlock ceo. Once you can do that you want to get the bundle discount trait under ceo and then hire coaches that give you the ability to purchase traits for 3 each. This allows you to get a lot more abilities than spending full price for them. It’s slower but you can also speed it up by choosing to be a coordinator for either unc or uga. Those 2 coaches are the only ones that start with the bundle discount trait.
We need formation subs to be able to play more players near the middle and bottom of our depth charts for certain plays during the games to try and have a balanced approach of leveling up instead of just a starter and backup position.
What you didn’t mention is that players are able to break that set cap, the grey line they have a small chance of breaking that barrier in off season training I had a player that was set at 95 speed next season he was 101 speed! They can break barriers in offseason training. Also your players will develop to be what you use then as my rb has turned into a receiving rb from using him on so many dump off routes his catching is trying to upgrade instead of his other more useful stats such as juke, spin, and break tackle
I just started a new dynasty with Georgia Southern. That first year of recruiting was a challenge with so few hours. I did manage to land four 4-stars, though, and a few more in the portal. Looking forward to next year's recruiting after a pretty good first season.

Random thing too: I had a 69 rated Power Back RB, 5'9 190. He was like a 75 WR so I swapped him then I was looking at WRs next and accidently clicked him there and noticed he would become a 99 rated receiving back with different physicals.
Stacking T3 master motivator, architect to T2, and CEO with Sr. superlative is a deadly combo. Recruiting is a pain, but almost feels like you can make anyone good then.

I wish they would add a player develpoment plan section similar to that of FC24 or earlier renditions. It isnt full contol but would allow you to tell the player this is what I want you to focus your training on. Would make it alittle more realistic. Especially if you could select how hard the trained at a cost of durability... Love the game though. Glad it is back. Keep the videos coming!

Can you do a video on how to fire and sign Offensive coordinators and defensive coordinators . I see yours have A+ and good traits but my version has C- coaching and abilities I don’t want them to have on the same Colorado team in dynasty
How do you upgrade the players physicals that are locked? Like for Kaden Salter his mobile deadeye requires a 96 throw on the run and he currently has a 92.
I imagine they were planning on letting us upgrade them on our own but imagine going through an entire roster doing upgrades 😮 I like this seems more realistic

Yeah that’s what I’ve learned too. Although the 5 stars have the chance to get a higher overall and abilities faster. Had a 5 star MLB be a 99 by his junior year.
Scomo, If your player meets the attribute requirements to get an ability in the off-season if you change his position at position changes than change it back he will instantly get the ability!
If you really want to find out what the player goals are, It'd be a fairly easy assumption to make that they're similar to the RTG player goals, yards, tds, trophies etc.

I think the ability cost matches road to glory. If I’m not mistaken it’s 3 skill points for bronze and silver and 7 for gold/ platinum
