Is there a way to do this method and guarantee your dream job will be available after year 3 or 4? Not everyone wants to re-build a school, rather take a 3- 4 star program that's down and bring it back to glory. If anyone can figure that out, I would be highly interested. I thought maybe adding a second coach at the school I wanted and tanking their year in my year. Then, I have them leave for some other program but not sure if that would still guarantee I would make the top 3 of offers. What's your thoughts?

@ScomoCFB if your D-coordinator has only C+ prestige and no second tier unlocked, is it safe to to say I should fire them? My HC is an A+ Elite recruiter.

I know I am in the minority but I don’t want to control how the players improve. It is more realistic for them to do it. Makes them like real players.

Well i hurt myself off the jump with Fresno State lol.. in my 3rd year and finally got some interest from 4-5 stars after winning back to back national championships.. I kept losing good recruits no matter how much i spent on their recruiting. Annoying

So I was doing an Army rebuild and selected the Big Apple pipeline that includes New York. However, when I did the recruiting the only states that gave me any pipeline ratings were like Texas and Oklahoma (which were 1 or 2’s) and New York players had no pipeline rating. So of course I missed out on a couple of 4 star athletes from New York in tight races where pipeline could have helped. Can someone explain why this happened and if it’s tied to me being a brand new offensive coordinator or coach?

My personal experience my players seem do to better redshirting after their 4th game played. I’ll purposely sub them in to get playing time and boost stats then redshirt them to save eligibility.

I've watch half of the video and it's been great. But my question is why do you keep picking assistant coaches from first week. You know u can go up til week 3 on picking coaching. If you go from week 3 to 4 it will automatically pick coaches for you. So if you don't like the first 2 weeks of coaches go to week 3. That's normally when you get the best coaches

Most optimal but more risky is going Ole Miss motivator. You can unlock recruiter and tactician for free. The gamble is getting offered oc job at UGA.

This not new I’ve been doing this over a month now 6 championships with Florida

Regular Motivator with Architect with some Recruiter to help grab better players. Your players will level up and jump so many skill caps it is insane, it breaks the "architect" that each player is listed as and allows them to be all arounders while getting more xp per action/game, so they end up higher Overall as a Soph/Junior that they would reach as a rs Senior. I completely disagree that Master Motivator is worth getting at all, Its only useful perk eats 24 points per position and it only an xp increase, which can be gotten cheaper through Architect. Talent developer and Strategist need a rework

Should I redshirt elite development players always unless you absolutely need them ? Like I have a WR that’s elite 79 overall but 4 guys are in front of him and another FS that’s elite with 2 in front of him.

Love your videos but you shouldn’t put any points in rb nor should you even recruit them. You can take a 74 WR and change him to RB and he will be at or close to 90. Literally no reason to recruit them. Also you should put points in DL and OL before RB and QB. Those are one position. OL covers 5 spots. DL covers 4. DBs cover 3 so not bad. I went LB on the 3. Also if I win, give it to someone else. I already have both!

Also figured out you can edit players ratings which I played with last night. It's kinda cheesy but if just upgrade a couple attributes to make it realistic just not 99s. I might make 1 99 player that's a senior just to play with it. But I like the challenge of doing it normal way. But I made my quarterback who was like a 84 and made much better and he was only a 87. So it's another cool thing to play with. This game is addicting and will make madden better from now to the future. This game is addictive appreciate the content

I've been doing more soft sells more to get extra hours for scheduling purposes and dm then I'm or soft sell it's helped get more recruits as well
