Our new piece „Zora“, inspired by an old theme from Montenegro.
Jos ne svice rujna zora(Red dawn is still not dawning):
Red dawn is still not dawning
mountain leaf is still not blinking
nightingale can not be heard
announcing dawn
Not even zephyra can be heard
nor the shepherd's song
there's silence all around
everything alive is resting
May dew-covered flowers blossom
and may they ador the Spring
I won't be picking them again
because they are not for me
I won't be picking them again
because I have nobody to give them to
the one I used to give them to
soil is covering her
Jos ne svice rujna zora
Jos ne trepti list sa gora
Ne cuje se glas slavuja
Zoru da najavi
Necuje se ni zefira
Niti svirke od pastira
Tisina je, svuda vlada
Sve zivo pociva
Neka cvjeta rosno cvijece
Nek' se kiti njim proljece
Ja ga necu vise brati
Jer nije za mene

jer ga nemam kome dati
Kojoj sam ga do sad dav'o
Zemlja je pokriva
