Thank you for the review. We were supposed to go late 2021 but I got really sick with covid so we had to cancel. I'm thrilled to see it now. I'll check out your other video too.

@@fitnessnbeer9835 got it weekend trip and move right along🥰 what do you suggest for a week long trip?

@@sexymariett I think you can get more than a couple of days out of the Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area because there’s so much to do. This is true especially if your willing to move and spend a couple of days in Pigeon Forge then move to Gatlinburg for a couple of days. The two places have different types of activities. Still maybe not a week but a worthwhile trip.
Also we visit Orlando pretty often and I think it makes for a great week long trip. There’s so much to do beyond the Disney Parks. Also Orlando is less than 3 hours from the Tampa area and beaches such as Clearwater Beach. I also think doing a couple of days at the beach and then traveling to Orlando makes for a great family trip with a little variety. Lots of options for cool trips in Florida. Thanks for checking out the channel!!

@@fitnessnbeer9835 thanks for your input and response, I have been trying to find a hotel/resort with kid friendly pool that has a lazy river.

@@sexymariett Check out the Grove Resort Orlando (there’s a video on this channel) although it’s been a couple years since we visited. It’s a great property for kids with a waterpark and Lazy river. Also, I know the Hilton Orlando has a lazy river and The Reunion Resort in Orlando (never stayed there) has a lazy river.
Also check out the videos for the Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Sheraton Vistana Villages, and the Marriott Cypress Harbour. None of them have lazy rivers but I think the Vacation Club properties offer the best value with their 2-bedroom Villas. And even though they don’t have lazy rivers they all have a bunch of activities including kid friendly pools, water slides, splash pads, playgrounds, arcades, and Mini golf. But the best part is the bigger accommodations and you don’t lose anything compared to a hotel as far as amenities. And often the prices are the same as a regular hotel room.

🤣. Originally I labeled the video Part II but then changed it because it had so few views. Changing it didn’t really make a difference.
I would def put Margaritaville on the list of options in PF. They also have lots of suites and different room options for families.

@@fitnessnbeer9835 I like resorts that have activities close to the hotel, and this didn’t disappoint in that department.

It's been a while since I checked out your channel. Really enjoyed this video. Been thinking about doing a family trip to Pigeon Forge. Never heard of The Island, but it sounds a lot like Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach. My kids are a little older than yours, so I'd be curious to get our opinion on whether there would be enough for teens to do there. Thanks.

Hey Allen! Thanks for stopping back by the channel. I think the Island would be good for the better part of a day with teens. There’s still plenty that would appeal to teens shopping, restaurants, attractions and more but not as much as with small kids. However I think the Margaritaville Island hotel is still a good option because there are so many activities nearby in Pigeon Forge that are a short drive. It’s pretty centrally located.
Gatlinburg is a lot of fun too and it’s very walkable. I think doing a couple of days in Pigeon Forge and then a couple of days in Gatlinburg would make for a great 4-5 night trip. Big thanks for checking out the video!
