The seat lifted but did not flip forward when I tried it. It seemed like the headrest couldn't clear the front seat. I would be reluctant to remove this headrest though
@@MotorMatters It's because you moved the seat forward first. You don't have to move it forward. There's a lever in the corner that you just use and the seat easily flips or tumbles by itself
No stability control, no NCAP safety rating. There have been some horrible accidents involving the car. Look that up before purchasing. Renault really needs to get safety squared away.
Was waiting so long for the first Triber review. Thanks Alan!
My pleasure!
Nice review Mr R ....I like the headset it has improved the quality of your upload .
Thanks for the feedback, appreciated
Good review, and I agree on the ISO fix. But you can get waaaay more car for the money used.
Great review. Clear audio, please never change the mic

There's a roof tail to counter the lack of boot space in 7 seater mode. But like you said it's up to the driver
The roof rack are rated to carry up to 50kg which does help, but this is only standard on the Prestige model
@@MotorMatters
Fair point
@@MotorMatters Also standard on the Dynamique model.
Hello there I would like to know where is the triber spare wheel?
underneath the car at the back, release nut located inside boot area
Thanks for review
Thanks for watching!

What about build quality of triber?
Taking price into account, it seems very well built.
@@MotorMatters 4 star gncap
Nice Video Motor Matters,
Renault has to provide a turbo engine for better performance.
Thanks. A turbo would be nice for performance but I suspect it's all about cost. In SA the Triber is marketed at a very competitive price
In India also its available at very low price but little increase in price with better features will be Nice.
Perhaps they will add a turbo version to the range later
Hopefully within next 6 months
2:16 my man, that seat can actually flip over, you don't have to leap over it. And it's one touch. I'm suprised you didn't know that.
