there should be some discipline for media , VIP presence, visitors to a disaster area. medias tend to interview every one irrespective of those involved in their work which will impact their work. medias, instead of going to the affected area , press briefing should be done in designated area only so that the rescue efforts can be performed effectively. VIP presence and spectators will definitely affect the rescue mission.
