Been self employed since 1985....tried about 10 different things before one worked, trick is to start small, do no use all your money, do not take too long testing it. I had about 10 different jobs before leaving college so that helped me head in the direction my genetics were programed to enjoy. I was born to be self employed, dad was and preached to all of us....never enjoyed taking orders from folks that I thought knew less than them.

It can be very enjoyable, or it could be the biggest pain in the butt. Thanks for watching.

I really enjoy your videos. There’s not very many site work contractors on RUclips that show technique like your videos do. I’d love to see a video on how you got into commercial site work.

I get asked that a lot. I'm gonna have to make a video on that.

I always like parking lots. Back in 1995 I was told every parking space at San Francisco international was worth$25,000 a year
I hope you are as successful. Keep the videos coming no matter the content.

I haven't put a value on it per parking place per year. I have put a cost on it per parking place per year. Thanks for watching.

Glad to see you back on video. Amazing parking lot! Wonderful decorations. And talk about location! So close to the port. Looks like a great place to mix business with pleasure. Can you reserve the trolley when you reserve your parking spot?
The staff looks like a fun group to be around and still get the job done.
As before, keep these videos rolling!

This is amazing content continuity contributing to cash flow. I saw the last video y'all constructing the shade, great to see you dripped out in that black jacket, makes your skin look less leathery 😅
