  • The City Register is making the process of returning paper submissions that are rejected or recorded quicker.
    When you visit the City Register’s Office, our staff will review, scan, and return your documents right at the customer service desk.
    If you have fewer than 10 documents, you will get them back immediately. If you have more than 10, you will now get them back in one business day. If you have 10 or fewer documents, you will get them back immediately.
    Once your documents have been reviewed, you will receive:
    ● An email with a recording and endorsement cover page, if your
    documents are recorded
    ● A rejection email if your documents are rejected
