- These next weeks I'll be publishing anime workouts with different themes, and today is the turn for sports anime. I've tried to feature as many different series as I could while keeping the quality. Hope you like my selection. I swear, you can just put on any of the hajime no ippo fight/training background music and have a 10/10 workout mix. Hajime no ippo music goes so hard.
I used to put individual songs on repeat for hours and it did wonders haha. One of my favorite animes and soundtrack
This is basically my morning run music.
Reality: "He's winding up, here's the pitch, and the batter hits it out of the park!"
Anime: *6 episode filler arc about character growth, strength, and determination. The character has atleast 4 internal monologues before the ball even reaches him.*
That's what I love about anime!! It's so cool to see their internal motivations and stories
The sports genre is honestly the best one for workouts.
