Well Americans always seem to put a million blankets and pillows on their beds, and here (I'm from the Netherlands) we just have one blanket (kind of, I don't know the proper English word for it) and one or two pillows. Some people use decorative pillows, but most people don't. Making your bed the 'American way' looks amazing, but it just seems so much work and I'm just to lazy for that haha

RIGHT I seriously owe it all to my mom!!! It is so fun to spend the summer preparing to decorate with her! :) decorating our dorms is big at Ole Miss so freshman year my roommate and I talked about wanting to decorate our room before we decided to room together (we met on a “Ole Miss 2020” Facebook group) and this year I’m living with my good friend so she kinda knew what she was in for after seeing my room from freshman year ;) i will definitely make a video talking more in depth about the window treatment because it was quite a struggle but we made it work!!!

Sorry for the rant 😅 but I love the desk set up, best feature to me.
