ATTENTION VIEWERS: You can get the Dragon Infusion Perk without killing Paarthurnax. All you have to do is do the quest before Delphine orders you to kill Paarthurnax. All you need to do is kill a dragon at it's lair after the blades make Sky haven temple their home. Then report to Esbern that it's dead he will then ask you to take 1 dragon scale and one dragon bone. Bring said items to him and he will give you a potion called Esbern 's Potion, drink it and you will have Dragon Infusion. But if Delphine has already told you to kill paarthurnax it is impossible to get the perk without killing paarthurnax.
Alright, here are my interpretations. Agent of Akatosh: 20% extra damage to dragons and slow time shout duration is increased by 10% Agent of Arkay: 10% extra damage to undead and restoration skill levels up 15% faster Agent of Julianos: 5% faster levelling for all skills and 30 bonus magicka Agent of Kynareth: 5% bonus damage to all creatures and 25% faster stamina regen Agent of Stendarr: 10% extra damage to all daedra and a 49% chance to recover 50% of your health when it goes below 15% Agent of Talos: Duration between shouts is reduced by 10% and 15% extra damage to elf/mer races. Agent of Zenithar: Buying and selling prices 15% better and speech levels up 25% faster
You can still get Dragon Infusion from Esbern if you avoid returning to the Greybeards and meeting Paarthurnax once the quest starts and recruit three followers into the Blades and hunt a dragon with them first. Then bring Esbern the Dragon Bone and Dragon Scales and you'll get the potion to grant the active effect. Makes fighting dragons later on, especially Alduin, a lot easier, even on the higher difficulties.

Actually, Ancient Knowledge only says it does that, but really it buffs all armor that isn’t Dwarven due to a bug! This is fixed by the USSEP as well. Also, before Patch 1.9, Dragon Infusion did not work without the USSEP.

For one thing, it's Sailors Repose not Response and two the Ancient Knowledge is bugged, and affects every armor EXCEPT DWARVEN. I swear does noone research that effect?
The first was long past corrected via annotation, but many don't see it. For the second one, you're actually the first I've seen point that out, so thanks!

+Kostas Kavourinos Equipment yes, no other permanent effects though. Sergius Turrianus, the enchanting trainer just gives radiant quests (repeating ones) - for basic rewards. Is it possible to get Agent of Dibella if you already did the quest but weren't caught? I was a bit too successful in my infiltration. Dual casting muffle and invisibility makes getting caught next to impossible.

At the end of the main quest, Paarthurnax flew from the Throat of the World and I couldn't find him again. Could you tell me how to avoid this, or even better fix it to get Dragon Infusion
There's no such thing as 100% magic resistance in Skyrim. The game caps magic (and damage) resistance at 85%. The most you can get is 99, 55%, which is close but not enough to be impervious to magic attacks. The Drain Vitality shout will still get you, if left unattended.

The map isn't like the skyrim map from ingame so it's pretty hard to tell where plus your marker is as big as 1/3 of white run so it's hard to tell where
