It's imperative that brands, weather small or very large, use secret shoppers from all "walks of life" to make sure EVERYONE IS TREATED WELL so that they do not loose out on future customers like this brand just did. WE have choices and I have BOUNDARIES so this review from you was enough for me to say that it's a shame. I didn't care for the styles of handbags but looked at their clothing and saw a few things that I liked. Oh well there are other brands that will not make the same mistake. Please keep showcasing brands that are under the radar, with high quality and allow everyone that walks in to be treated with EXCELLENCE as befitting everyone who is ready, willing and able to spend their hard earned cash!
Another great video! I really enjoy your content simply to widen by my horizon. I personally don't know of any brands to lok into but I've been curious about some Portuguese brands and leather. Can I suggest a video on that? In the world of leather goods, Portugal is really the ugly stepsister or I should say the uninvited guest lmao. It gets no love at least IMO.

GH should be very careful in the way they treat potential customers. Yes, their bags are stunning but there are just too many other fashion houses to choose handbags from that are equally beautiful. The competition is plentiful. For me, quality and customer service run neck and neck. Now that I’ve watched your vlog, I will likely never shop there. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

It is really too bad that your experience was so poor. I feel like you must be a Libra sun sign... due to the fact that you showed/discussed the bags anyway and also gave them credit where credit was due. Real diplomacy and balance! 🫡
