I'm getting my hair cut too. Mines just too thick and heavy and gets in everything lol. So time for a chop. Nice refreshing hair cut is always nice.
My hair used to be super thick - but about half has fallen out (thanks menopause !!). I am really happy with my hair cut though and it does feel much lighter and fresher.

Hi Ada. Not to worry. I'm always behind watching videos as well. Thankfully I am doing real well at the moment and my fibro is being very well behaved :-). Kevin & I are currently away in our motorhome and enjoying some beautiful Autumn weather.
I am getting a hair cut this week too Libby, I don’t like my hair short either mines so curly and it bounces up and looks so short and puffy I like it past my shoulders. I had a ultrasound couple years ago too and hated it with full bladder. My hubby had skin cancer on his face and had to have stitches too back in 2012. I enjoy watching your videos so much Libby love watching all the yummy vegan foods and treats. Love watching your doggy’s too.

I think your hair will look lovely shoulder length .
Supplementing biotin and natural silica is great for skin and hair. I believe adding eggs back into you diet would help immensely but that's just my thoughts 💕
Thanks Jenny. I did leave it below shoulder length for now but I can always go shorter next time. My nails are horrendous at the moment - they just keep breaking and pealing. Will need to try a supplement that's for sure. No eggs though :-).
I'm trying to find out whether I can have both vaccines to cover my bases. Scientists are very clever and know the safety of these things. 👍
I'm choosing Pfizer because I've taken their products before and that's where my confidence rests at the moment. Vaccines cured polio so these would have to work. Asta Zeneka sounds like a spacecraft. Not sure about this one.

@@kezhudson3561 I don't know, it's over my head... I have trust in our government and the pharmaceuticals...
Never heard of anyone having both vaccines before - it might not be something that's been studied.
